Totally inconsiderate and don't know how to run a car yard (coming from a family of car dealers)... I sent an inquiry Sunday, just got an automated email. Rang them Monday spoke to Jason, said I should speak to his dad Vince. Told him I'd change around my schedule and go to the car the next night straight after work. Left my number and sent them an email in the morning. Tried to call. No answering service or answer. After spending ages getting someone to come with me and working out directions I get through to them at 4 and someone else has already put a deposit on the car. They could of called or emailed that's just really bad customer service... Jason asked if I was interested in any other cars and I told him what I thought. He said my name in a negative tone and said I'm Jason you were probably speaking to someone else... Well his father is the boss and I'm pretty sure I didn't make up the name Jason.... I work in customer service every day - It's hard, but the least they can do is answer a phone or email to let me know my whole night didn't have to be wasted. I'd hate to think what their after sales service is like if this is how they treat a potential customer.

I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys. Can’t commend how helpful Vince and Jason were. Always very friendly, responded to text/enquires in a detailed timely manner and went out of their way to accommodate the short time frame I had to have everything sorted. They didn’t have time to get a radio code I needed (due to my time restraint, not lack of initiative on their part) so Vince kindly took the value of the visit to Toyota off the price I paid for the vehicle. There was no “bartering” over the cost of the vehicle as I felt these guys priced their cars well given the current demand/market for cars. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a decent pre-owned vehicle.

I couldn't be happier with the treatment from Jason and his Father, their honesty in describing the vehicle, and their efficacy in getting an interstate buyer hooked up and underway back to Tassie. I bought a 2004 BMW 325i for my son with only 80,000 klms on the clock - and I made the decision to buy it over the phone after speaking with Jason. He fairly and accurately described any blemish the car had and didn't just give the usual dealer comment of "it's immaculate mate". Jason and his Dad fulfilled all of their obligations in advance of the pickup and I urge future car buyers to consider purchasing from Footscray Central Motors.

Used to have total faith in dealership & dealership's work. Last service I discovered I didn't get what I paid for. I had to change the cabin filter, air filter and sparkplugs myself. I studied mechanic's in the past but didn't pursue it. I trust my car to other ppl so they can resolve the issues & I can pay for the minor issues. I don't need the stress of issue's I can resolve myself. I never look at bad transactions as anything other than its time to move on. Am thankful for the work done in the past. But that's it from me.

Don't buy vehicles from this people They're dodgy and have no attitude in front of the customer. Guy was in rush to close the deal and, the vehicle Started to do trouble since the day I bought. It's been just couple of weeks, and I have to spend more than $2500 dollars on repairs, and I don't know what will happen next. I don't know how it passed the roadworthy. This is the most unprofessional, people I have seen in a dealership. Please consider more than twice before going there.

Time wasters! Talked to Jason on phone and he agreed to negotiate if i come down. Drove across town and asked if i could test drive but arrogant salesman wouldn't let me unless i was "serious" about buying it on their listed price. Of course unless you drive a car you never know, but wasnt allowed to drive it! They completely wasted my time and several hours as i drove to see it. Dont bother with them, you run a good chance of wasting your time.

Transparent & Trustworthy I recently bought a car from Vince and can only say good things. He and his son were very honest and went above and beyond with their service. The car was described exactly as it was. I had a third party inspection on the car before buying and they helped the mechanic in every way possible to check the car thoroughly, even using their lift to check underneath. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I bought a Hyundai i30 from this dealer more than 1 month ago. I spoke firstly with Jason, a very nice guy and after with Vince who gave me a lot of advice. The car is in very good conditions, low kilometers and the price was very good. They told me to give them a call for any questions but I haven't got any problems with the car. I thoroughly recommend this dealer.

bought a car from here 8 months ago and from the second I drove it out it immediately started having problems I don't really know how it passed the rwc as the windscreen wipers were all falling apart the belts wouldn't click in properly and had to get new breaks almost immediately I ha e spent about $5000 on it on stuf that should have been pretty obvious
