Bought from this shop and i love the jewellery! What I don’t love, however, is the customer service. As we received attitude and felt humiliated, as they were laughing at us and speaking another language. Leaving us to exit the store more self conscious than we entered. I give them 2 stars, as the quality and designs of the jewellery is really good. But the customer service was lacking!!!! P.s me and my friend are Asian, so it’s clearly not a race thing. They were just rude.

I bought 4 items from Fora so far. However Devola hoop has very bad closure issue. It is keep falling off my ear and I can not wear it in a fear of losing it. I emailed Fora regarding this issue and left messages on their insta page since last 3 weeks but haven't received any reply yet. I am very disappointed with this product and the customer service of Fora. Could anyone please at least reply, what do I do with this earring.

I have never been more impressed with a jewellery brand before! Fora Jewellery is very durable and long lasting (I wear them in the shower and they haven't discoloured) as well as being very reasonable with the price! the huge range of pieces is fantastic to choose from and I will continue being a proud customer of their shop - wearing my jewellery with pride!

I just went in a few minutes ago to buy earrings and the Asian girl that works there asked me if I tried a ring on because she believed one was missing. From the moment I went in she couldn't stop looking at me. Racism at is finest. Do not shop there. The staff is racist and rude.

Very nice shop, the jewellery is exquisitely designed and of good quality, the staff are very enthusiastic, I have visited this shop many times and I can't help but admire it for a long time each time, I sincerely recommend this my favourite jewellery shop to everyone!

I highly recommend Fora jewellery! The quality is great and they are fine with water, they don’t tarnish at all. The people who send orders and work at fora are very lovely and always do what they can to satisfy their customers.

Cute range of earrings but doesn't last long. Bought a pair in February, 8 months later one of it doesn't close anymore (I don't even know why, it just doesn't click anymore)

Earrings have been purchased and never sent, then no reply to emails or Facebook post’s. Purchased weeks ago and we live close to the shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY STORE.
