Last Friday I went shopping at Forever New Narellan store. I was interested for a particular dress that they didn’t have it on my size. Claudia offered me her help and suggested to look on line for me to find the correct size.She was very helpful and polite with me ,she was over all a lovely girl!!! The clothes are decent. The staff are not. Went there on Thursday night, store was dead yet nobody greeted or approached me. I went into the change rooms where I overheard all of the sales assistants gossiping and complaining about how much they hate working in retail… and then asked if I was ok with sizes. Awkward

I have always received great customer service from the forever new team... I unfortunately am in a very popular size group and am never able to find my size instore. It is nice to have a local forever new to be able to try on sizes and check out the quality of items. Please dont close down another!

Horrible customer service. Staff are extremely rude and it's a mission to get someone to help you. They actually said some hurtful remarks what made me feel very low about myself and I left the store in tears. Would not be coming back to this shop.

staff are rude, not helpful at all. online support are even worse. refused to give me a receipt of my return and money was bot retyrbed to me still trying to get my money never shop there again

Very good and courteous service they kept the Jacket that my wife saw at the Wetherill park so she could try it on. Thank you for your service.
