Absolutely atrocious level of customer service. During 2 attempts to refund an item my wife and myself were asked to jump through hoop after hoop after hoop, all to verify that we had indeed legitimately purchased an item. This was despite being in the store with the unworn, item with labels attached, in the bag it was originally purchased in, with the online order, receipt numbers, original card of purchase AND screenshot verifications of the online account on the forever new website. What more is required In the end the refund was still administered reluctantly by the cashier. Unless your 1000% sold on an item you plan on keeping, it's not worth the headache...

Omg! I should have written this sooner! I forget the girls name, but the women who work here are amazzzing! I struggle and I’m picky when it comes to my outfits, & they helped me SO much! They honestly are the best thing to happen to this store, I could only imagine their sales! So beautiful, non judgmental, helpful & just all around really kind staff.

I am a regular customer here and I always get best service. I am very lucky always served by Hasti. Beautiful girl, wonderful customer service skills, always happy to help and go extra miles to make sure her customers are happy and satisfied. Well done girl! Love the clothes and staff but please guys, clean your change rooms. There is dust settled on the freaking walls. The carpet is filthy and the lighting is so unflattering I am yet to actually but anything I try on here because of how bad it looks in that lighting. You're doing yourselves a disservice.

Disgusting service. My friend went to Forever New @ Rouse Hill and the lady working told her ‘They have nothing for her body type’. Thought girls where meant to support other girls not bring them down..
