I was researching online for couple of days looking and comparing few real estate property management companies to manage my property in Phoenix area. I also spoke with few of them, but Jacquelina from Fort Lowell Realty was exceptional. She was professional and the most pleasant to deal with. It shows that she like her job and her mission is to make the best for you. She took the time to explain me all the contract details (even the small one) she made sure it will fit my needs, she explain all fees upfront, so no surprises and she started market analysis so we will better know what we should expect. When we agree to move forward, Jacquelina assign Allyssia to be my property manager. That was great assignment for me as Allyssia is very professional, knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. She listen to me and my requirement, explain me what allow and not allow to demand as part of the law (very important!!!) and she incorporate all those in the lease agreement. She choose and screen very carefully applicant until she was sure it will be the right one. thank you guys! really happy to work with both and I will recommend to anyone who is looking for management company to take care of their property.

I've been working with Allyssia Chaparro as my property manager at the Fort Lowell Phoenix office for 15 months now and it's been a great pleasure! She's reliable, attentive, customer-oriented, and trustworthy—exactly what you want if you're not able to keep an eye on your rental property yourself. She's been managing a 3 bed 2 bath in Laveen for me since last August, and she worked us through bringing on a first renter, giving the house a facelift (paint, landscaping, professional photoshoot), and lots of other fixups (A/C, window screens, broken dryer, garage door, leaking sink, HOA things). I was notified, things were taken care of, and I didn't have to do anything other than weigh in on a couple important decisions. I've really appreciated that, when problems arose with the property, she communicated them to me promptly, clearly, and with a plan of action already in motion unless it needed my authorization. It's wonderful to be able to trust someone and have an agent that is taking care of your business for you. I highly recommend working with Allyssia!

Crissy is amazing. When I first moved to Phoenix, I couldn't find any place to live. I called her at the Phoenix office, and she went out of her way to find me a rental. A year later when I was ready to actually buy a house, she stepped up and got me the house I wanted, even though she had to deal with one of the most difficult seller's agents ever encountered. 6 years later I was moving out of Phoenix. Again Crissy stepped up. She showed me how I could invest a little money in the house before sale, and triple my investment. The house sold for 35k more then we asked for because of her. She even ran contracting crews to do the work because I had already left town. She's my go to for renting, buying, selling. I just wish she worked in the state I moved to!

I gave owned several rental units in Phoenix for about 12 years and for the first 6 years or so I experienced poor performance from different property managers. They were basically hard to reach and they were very poor in getting units rented when vacant. In addition, they were mostly not very proactive in keeping my properties in top condition. DoraJean at the Phoenix office is the best! I was on a tight schedule as I was leaving the state the next day. DoraJean immediately sent me the rental comps for my area and met up with me that day. She took over as my property manager and handled all the paperwork and getting the property available for rent within days!
