I cannot put into words how disappointed I am with the flowers I received from them. I called from Houston to order flowers for a celebration of our daughter’s wedding that we are having in Fort Worth. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, she had me text her a picture of my daughter’s flowers. She asked me how much I wanted to spend but, not being from the area, I told her I didn’t know what I needed to spend for a similar arrangement..She told me a range and I was a bit taken aback but placed the order. Today when the arrangement arrived I couldn’t believe how small and nondescript it is. Despite being similar in color to my daughter’s, it is this 4” x 4” little vase with a few roses and miniature cala lilies. I coordinate the events for the Houston office of a large New York law firm so I know what arrangements of various sizes and price ranges look like. These flowers are not at all representative of the price I paid. I hate to post negative comments, but I don’t want anyone else to be disappointed.

Following a mix-up with my Valentines Day , I received a sincere and heartfelt apology from the Fort Worth Flower Shop. I was very impressed with their willingness to take responsibility for the mistake and theIr effort to remedy the matter. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone will take ownership and attempt to correct the unfortunate scenario. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, kindness and investment in excellence demonstrated by this organization. After posting a complaint about the mix-up a few days ago, I am now pleased to report that our concerns have been addressed in a remarkable and more than satisfactory manner. I would definitely patronize this flower shop in the future and I recommend others do the same.

I purchased flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and I was initially impressed with the look of the flowers. I normally try to give 5 start to companies that deserve it but unfortunately this company didn't impress me. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star rating is because of the amount I paid for a dozen roses and only getting eleven. To some that might still justify 3-4 stars but to me I see it as the fact that it took me 5 seconds to notice that I was missing a flower and they missed it. Someone prepared the flowers with 11 then the person that grabbed the flowers didn't check it and to me that's not a business I want to deal with or to recommend when they don't take a few seconds to ensure they are giving the customer the correct product.

I made a purchase all the way from California without knowing this shop was located in Texas . Despite that, they gave me a call right away and tried to make something work. They ended up reaching to a flower shop near me and had them do a floral arrangement as close to the one I had order. It’s not exactly the same, but it was very beautiful. I appreciate their costumer service. If you live near them in Texas, I definitely recommend.

Excellent Florist shop I recently was in need of flowers for my wife, but I waited too late to place an order. I called West side florist in fort worth texas, and they were about to close. They said they were more than happy to take the order and delivery it. I told them my situation and they not only took the order but also gave me a very big discount and really made the flowers Awesome. I highly recommend this shop.

Great.... if you like paying $100 for 3 roses, 5 daisies, 7 carnations, and some baby's breath. My partner got me the "Because I Love You" arrangement. Instead of a beautiful wicker heart in my boquet, I received 2 red pipe cleaners poorly fashioned to resemble a heart. The bow was pretty, and flowers were good quality, but it did not live up to our expectations. Would not use again.

This is my first time using Westside Florist, and I have never been more pleased with a florist than I am now! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my order/arrangement, they were delivered in just a few hours, and the arrangement itself was absolutely GORGEOUS! I will definitely use Westside florist again, and recommend that my friends do the same! Thank you so much!

This florist is a rip off, she took advantage of my brother. Charge $75 for a dusty bouquet of plastic flower very small too. It looks like its been on display for a thousand years cob webs everywhere. It still breaks my heart why such business exist if it werent be for the fact that my brother has to fly back out of State I would have return that garbage that he bought.

Amazing job done! I ordered flowers last minute for a Birthday gift. I live out of state so I was skeptical about ordering. I am glad I did! They were beautiful, delivered within 3 hours of me ordering same day at the last minute, and quick to respond when I sent a message checking on order. I will definitely use this shop from now on.

Lazy customer service. I called asking if they had a specific flower I was looking for, and they confirmed. I arrived 15 minutes after calling only to find out they didn't have it at all. Don't waste people's time because you didn't want to get up from your desk and check your own store. I had to go somewhere else for the flowers.

I went to get my mother some birthday flowers on a budget. My 85 yr old father was looking for something too. I bought a gift and she was so thoughtful for my father and offered him a seat. He was going buy a single rose but she gave him two rose with vase for lil of nothing. I will definitely be back. Awesome customer service!!!!

I needed a matching corsage/boutonniere in a hurry for an out-of-town event, and these ladies came through with a gorgeous gold and white rose creation for both, and they were boxed in such an attractive way. I was so pleased, as the occasion was a special one. They earned every one of the five gold stars I gave them.

My absolute saviors. Janette was so lovely and wonderful. I called with a super last minute Mother's Day order and she helped me very graciously. Excellent customer service. They helped me choose an appropriate arrangement that could be delivered quickly to a hospital. Picked up some flowers for my In-Laws anniversary. They loved the flowers and were very surprised. The customer service was top notch. They truly go above and beyond to make sure there customers are taken care of. Very patient. If your looking for flowers Westside Florist is the place to go.

They are great! Called to inform me of a minor modification to the bouquet I ordered. They stayed after closing for pickup and when my cousin who was picking it up couldn't find the shop, they gave easy directions and brought it out to her. I will definitely order flowers here again!

We had a great experience with our order! Four dozen red, white and blue carnations for a special ceremony. They arrived in a beautiful arrangement, delivery was on time and the family loved them. I would definitely order from them again!

My husband wanted me to enjoy my roses all week of Valentine’s Day due to it being on Friday- roses became droopy and wilted second day- promised to receive replacement but didn’t arrive. Will never use this florist again!!! Buyer beware

This shop had a lot of variety and very friendly service. My woman loved what I picked up for her and now I'll probably have to make a regular thing! Might not be such a bad thing since they're priced really well too.
