I hadn’t gone to the dentist since I was a kid so I was always worried about going even though I knew I needed to get my teeth fixed. Everyone here at Gentle Dentle assured me that it isn’t going to be a bad experience and they were sooo right. I am finally done with getting all my teeth fixed and taken care of. I got some root canals, fillings and a teeth cleaning and never experienced any sort of pain. Thank you so much for taking care of my teeth and making my smile so much better. I had a chipped front tooth for a long time and I was beyond happy when they fixed it and leveled out my front teeth again. Didn’t even ask them too, they just want you to have the best smile possible. And the ladies at the front desk are so helpful and remind you when you’re getting close to your appointment. They even call to make sure you are doing okay after your treatments. Overall if I could rate this place with more than 5 stars I would. I highly highly recommend and I’m beyond thankful I was recommended to come here!

I've attended the Fort Worth Gentle Dental three times now and each time has been a great experience. One of the first things that I notice when walking into the dentist office is the cleanliness and the homey space that is provided. The friendly customer service even adds to the pleasant atmosphere. One huge bonus is the fact that you can watch television while receiving your dental service. Now, I've been to two different dental offices before coming here and I've never had the experience of watching television while getting dental service at the same time. If you ask me, the Fort Worth Gentle Dental doesn't even seem like a dentist office; instead, it seems like you are receiving great dental service in the comfort of your own home.

This dentist exploits their patients and adds unnecessary treatments on to patients for money. They diagnosed me with an oral disease, said I needed multiple teeth removed and said that I needed a deep cleaning on my teeth that would have been mostly out of pocket. They gave me a special mouthwash for the disease and charged my insurance for it. I got a second and third opinion on this. Both of the other dentists did full x-rays and they both said the disease was not present. I was able to just get the cavities filled for the teeth they wanted to pull and got a regular teeth cleaning. Don’t come here. They really don’t care about helping, they only want your money and you’ll end up with less teeth for issues that are fixable.

LOL, I applied to this place as a receptionist on dental post. Went through an in person interview & got a date to go in for “training”. I go in for my “training” mind you on my resume it clearly says i have NO EXPERIENCE, and i did let them know that during my interview. Veronica basically just put me on the computer like if i knew what i was doing. Then I got sent home early after i took my “lunch”. Veronica said she would call me back, never did. I never even received pay for working those few hours which fyi is illegal :). Very unprofessional. This was in 2021, but I had just turned 18 whom didn’t know right from wrong in a job. don’t waste someone’s time like that i could have been sleeping that day

I've been a patient at Fort Worth Gentle Dental since Dec. 2022. I was fairly sure I needed a crown (no root canal this time!), and the process with Dr. Nguyen and staff was professional and painless. Another crown will be placed in Dec. 2023. In the meantime, Dr. Leong performed a deep cleaning of my teeth with great results. My dad was a dentist here in Fort Worth, so I am familiar with all things dental. Gentle Dental ranks as one of the very best clinics I've experienced -- a FIVE-STAR rating! I recommended a friend and he too is impressed. Myself and my 2 daughters attend this dentist office and we love them. They are always kind and polite. They treat you with respect. The entire establishment is always full of smiles and clean! My five year old loves to go to the dentist because of them. No crying or scare involved. As for myself they completed all my procedures quickly but efficiently. I Got extractions done and I couldn’t even feel it. And anyone who can do a deep clean as well as them is good in my book. My overall oral health has been great since coming to them. I was referred here for my teenage children and I was in need of a dentist too so I tried them out also. I’m now a new patient and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and organized. The off is clean and they still wear masks. They called me for a cancellation and was able to get me in for an appointment right away …I love that because I had a tooth hurting me badly. This showed me how much they care. The Dr. Is very nice and professional with a sense of humor. He is very informative and doesn’t mind being detailed making sure you’re making an informed decision. I’m a satisfied customer ❤️

For the first time in my 36 years, I have finally found an amazing Dentist and staff that have been superb at Gentle Dental. If you want someone to be honest and straight to the point, this is the place to go. The assistants were all very sweet and patient. I have never had an office take the time to call me and make sure I'm not in pain or having any complications. I had a last minute cancellation and they were absolutely friendly and understanding, booking me for the very next day at a time of my choosing. I highly recommend!! 10/5 Stars if I could!!

Very unprofessional staff answering and scheduling appointments. Customers are just trying to get quality service with respect. That's it. No special treatment. Had a emergency and was not important now we was scheduled to go in and denied service due to emergency work. Just another bill to send to the insurance provider. I would assume you treat customers with respect and communicate any concerns respectfully. I assume we were just targeted and just ignored. Please Gentle Dental treat ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

Multiple terrible experiences. I showed up for a confirmed appointment and no one was there, no receptionist, no one in the building, all lights off, door unlocked and phone ringing off the hook in the middle of the day... SO ODD! Never got a call back about that day either. Very rude staff at the front desk, unfriendly dentist with horrible skills, completely tore up my gums during a cleaning. Always hard to get in touch with. I highly recommend NOT going here. Shocked they are still open.

Being my very 1st time scheduling my own dentist appointment outside of my fiance things seemed really confusing at first.. This office has single handily gotten me over my fear of going to the dentist. Due to my fear I neglected my teeth for a long time and when I needed to get work done they developed a recovery plan for my teeth. They made sure I was comfortable and very patient during my root canal. They also have done an amazing job on my filling, I cannot tell what is tooth and what isn't! As long as this place stays open I will call this my dental office!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found this office. A lot of people would agree, it's hard finding a dentist office where you feel comfortable, calm, and able to trust. My experience with this dental office was great this morning, I have to work and they did there best to see me early before work. Front staff was great in scheduling me in and helping me with my Insurance question. The Assistants where very attentive the Hygenist did an awesome job in my cleaning. I called in with a dental emergency in the morning and they had me in same day. The doctor was concise about my exam and options and made my options very understandable. I’ve gone to other dentists in the area but as the name states they are very gentle with their treatment. I’ve had extractions and the recovery hasn’t been painful as it has been at other places. I’ve had regular cleaning done elsewhere and here and the discomfort from that here at gentle dental is practically non-existent. Il

They were able to get my treatment done for far less than I'd been quoted elsewhere. No scare tactics, just helpful advice. My only feedback would be that the dentist used jargon that I didn't understand so I needed some clarification from the hygienist about the treatment plan. But on the whole a really good experience here.
