I had an amazing experience starting from the very friendly, patient and helpful sales lady Darcy, for whom nothing was a problem, right through the delivery. Delivery was on time and came with the promised 30 minute pre delivery warning. The delivery guys were cheerful, took the old (very heavy) beds away, assembled the new ones and cleaned up everything. I had previously purchased from a competitor that missed their delivery deadline, basically dumped the new bed unassembled and refused to take away the old bed or the packaging. I’d recommend the Forty Winks Chatswood store very highly to all.

Forty Winks at Chatswood is a name I will never forget. I needed a double bed mattress in a hurry for unexpected guests. I was quite anxious. I phoned them and spoke to a lady called Alana. She had a very friendly, professional manner. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Within 36 hours I had a new mattress on the bed ! Now, who's a 'Happy Vegemite?" ME! Thank you, Forty Winks. You deserve the 5 star rating! Well done! I forgot to mention that the mattress was delivered by two lovely young men who happily carried it up 20 stairs and placed it on the bed. Service? Forty Winks have been our go to for all things mattresses and bed frames. My soon-to-be five year old has graduated from her baby bed and onto a big bed. We purchased a Sealy king-single mattress from the Chatswood store and it was a great experience. Plenty of parking available under the building. The store itself is quite massive with plenty of options to choose from. The lady who helped us was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. With her help, we made a decision within 15 minutes. I’ve never shopped for a mattress before and Alana the Mattress Connoisseur guided me to determine the best mattress for my needs and simplified the shopping experience. I owe my relatively quick purchasing decision to her expertise and product range. On top of that I appreciate the small touches such as the little folder you get. I’m not sure how well the BedMatch diagnostic system works as it seems like a gimmick but at least it was a start in searching for the right one.

We were well served by our visit to Forty Winks Chatswood where we found the parking easy under the building. Up stairs to the large well stocked showroom we were met by a helpful and knowledgeable young lady who listened to our requirements and suggested a couple of different mattresses that might suit our needs. The price options seemed reasonable and they provided, for a small fee, an additional service to take away our old mattress. Recommend.

My wife and I were served by Craig today at their Chatswood showroom. His knowledge and first class customer service was amazing. We were not exactly sure what we wanted but Craig knew what questions to ask and even had us lay on a machine that analyses our sleeping position and recommends what mattress would suit us. Alana from Forty Winks Chatswood gave us the best customer service by explaining different type of mattresses eventhough the shop was almost closed. They also offer a free old mattress removal, which is great due to our old matress is a king size and it's very heavy to move it to the household garbage room. Overall I had a great experience shopping a new matress and I really recommend Forty Winks Chatswood.

Having recently moved back from overseas we needed 3 new mattresses quickly. Forty Winks Chatswood gave us great help over the phone to select what we needed. They referred me to Crows Nest which was more convenient for me to drop into to check what I was ordering. Delivery was arranged in just a few days to ensure we had beds for the first night in our new place - all in all outstanding.

second bed we have bought from forty winks had it delivered today, ensemble arrived with no legs! my son had to drive to the shop to pick them up as the drivers refused to get them for us. this is all they do, organise to your have beds delivered, how hard is it to deliver a complete bed? not impressed and not happy wasn’t a cheap bed!!! may not buy from them again!

This is our second time dealing with Forty Winks Chatswood. The staff polite ad very helpful. The product ordered was correct and delivered by very well mannered staff who kindly assembled the headboard for me. I was notified of my delivery time and this was confirmed the day of delivery as well. We will do business with them for any future bedding requirements.

Staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted but I visited twice before making my purchase. All my questions were answered. Ordering my bed was easy and they advised me delivery would take 1 to 2 weeks. My bed arrived in 1 week and and I couldn't be happier. Some things you just can't buy online and beds are one of them.

We purchased a King Coil QB Platinum Luxury Serenity Mattress. We received excellent product advice from Alana on a range of suitable mattresses.
