Very poor complaints handling procedure and customer service, would seriously recommend not shopping there ever. I spent $10,000 at the store, which included a mattress for $6,000. After a sleep test being conducted and me advising the consultant that I like to sleep on my stomach and back, she recommended a mattress that is completely not suitable for my weight and my requirements as I sink into the mattress like a marshmallow. After doing my own research online it became clear that the mattress I was sold is not suitable for people who weigh over 100 kg and not suitable for people who like sleeping on their stomach and/or back. It is recommended for people who weigh less than 80 kg and prefer sleeping on their side. When I complained about this, the store manager gave me the run around and it was not until I put my complaint in writing did I actually get a proper response. I have since issued a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading and given that store manager refused to cooperate I am now forced to issue legal proceeding. The store manager accepts no responsibility when it is blatantly clear that I was sold a mattress not suitable for me. To top it off I was sold the whole bedroom set which I assume it included the adjustable base. I complained the day it was delivered when I realised the base was not included. I was subsequently informed that the adjustable base was not included despite the sales consultant going on and on about its features and using it as a sales tool to entice me to purchase the bedroom set. It has now been some 6 months and I am constantly experiencing uncomfortable sleeps and waking up with lower back pain. I do not recommend this store to anyone who is considering purchasing new bedding furniture. It is not worth the hassle when there are stores out there who truly care about their consumers comfort and satisfaction.

We went to alot of stores looking for a mattress and no other stores provided us the same knowledge and helpfulness that the team at Forty Winx Oxley gave us. After feeling overwhelmed not knowing what we needed the team spent time with us making us feel comfortable and feeling like we make the correct choice. We went in on a Sunday finding what we wanted however they did not have necessary stock on hand, we needed the mattress that day so we felt like we needed to do the whole process again and settle for something that didn't tick all the boxes we were looking for. However the team member drove to the warehouse opening it up on the day they shut and allowed us to pick it up that day! The team went above and beyond for us and made the process alot easier. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service so incredible. If you are looking for a new bed or mattress I highly recommend them. Best service in town

The staff here at this 40 winks at Oxley are professional in their jobs, they knew their products and I highly recommend this store to anyone who is interested in buying a bed, mattress, sheets, mattress protectors, bed frames bunk beds and ensemble bed. The prices are very competitive and affordable as well for people like me, plus they are delivering my new ensemble bed and taking away my 4 year old bed frame with slats and bedside tables for me with the delivery cost. The delivery fee was $100.00 which is a fair cost for me it great , as I said before they are taking away a really heavy timber bed frame and cabinets, and going up two flights of stairs as well. Dealing with Gus has been a delight! He has an excellent ability to identify and relate to the needs of the customer, which is a rare gift these days! For someone who sustained a lot of injuries in a motorbike accident, sleeping on a mattress that absorbs the pressure on any areas while having the body supported, are not just wants, they're are needs, they're a necessity. While the Tempur mattress was out of my price league, this wonderful young man, Gus, made it attainable, and, to top it off, arranged to deliver it that afternoon. Extremely disappointed with their failure to keep delivery promise. I was understanding in accepting a delivery 1 week after purchase & was alarmed that an additional 3 days delay was added. My pregnant wife is left without proper sleep. Would never purchase at Forty Winks ever again. Bought a temporary bed to improvise throughout the waiting period. Very uncomfortable. After your money is collected, no further customer service is given. I had to call for a delivery update. No empathy or courtesy was exercised. Disgruntled customer! I am never buying from FortyWinks Oxley again.

The value Gus provided is unbeatable. The store was closing within 40 minutes and he arranged for delivery of the new mattress from his warehouse to my door that same afternoon (on a weekend).
