I called the bash customer line to ask the consultant by the name of Amanda to assist me I wanted to change the delivery address for an online order I made, but the consultant simply said, she cannot do anything because my parcel doe not has a tracking number yet. I am very disappointed as to how I big division such as TFG does not have access to the courier companies they use to change address information. What bothers me is how much she didn't care or try go an extra mile to assist resolving my query

i arrived at 09:05 am and they were still closed as they were having a team meeting until 09:30 am we had to wait for them to finish ( why wasn't the team meeting done before 09:00 am) on a separate incident i went there at 16:45 pm to pay for my lay-bye and i found their door already closed while some shops were still operating and they were busy chatting at the till and waiting to knock off what kind of a customer service is that ?

I just dont like how the employees there are just minding their own business they not welcoming at all, you even afraid to ask them for assistance.. it's like they at a chilla's they have long conversations and laugh... as a customer you just feel you'll be intruding if you ask for assistance.... It's just uncomfortable

The shop is untidy, cant even ask for assistance because they is only 1 person working on floor in that big store, then she is so slow waited 20min to pay when they was only 2 pple before me,bad service

They've sold me a dry mascara,I paid for it, and I can't return it,it doesn't have it's own brash inside,just a stick with a dry container
