Hotel was alright but nothing more than that. I was expecting from the brand name to be in some way impressed, but there was nothing exceptional, maybe by some bits and bobs in interiors. When it comes to room it self as a couple we have been refused to get one bed and for all stay we had to stay in single beds. The room itself was lacking of simple things like water or drinks, okay you could have a water from the can but I have had to be a member to have it, instead I had to pay for it but there is no price so it’s a risky game. The good thing was that, next to the hotel you can fine convince store with everything you might need. But in case of rain umbrellas in lobby are paid so you can’t really use it. Another disadvantage of this hotel was lack of common items that should be in place like bottle opener or pen, instead of that you can have bible and testament…Altogether I have to say that stay in this hotel wasn’t the best one, but next time I rather go elsewhere instead staying here.

Breakfast at this hotel isn’t worth the 17 euros extra. Fruit plate in the buffet was empty on both days (see the photo) and staff at the breakfast are just there to say “room number”. Checkin was a mess- no recognition of Marriott bonvoy elite status. A trainee checked me in and whilst I have nothing against it, she could barely understand or speak English and the guy next to her did nothing much to help. Nobody in this hotel smiles, like nobody! Employees are clearly not happy working here, or so it seems. The housekeeping lady kept slamming the doors in the hallway and I felt it on the bed head while I was laying in the bed. Avoid staying on lower floors because you can hear the train going by. Overall- infrastructure isn’t too bad, the hotel isn’t too old but it’s clear that the hotel is badly managed and staff just don’t care. It looks like they have too many people doing nothing and not enough people doing the things they should.

We just had an overnight here from our tour bus. When you walk into the hotel it smells nice and pleasant. They have offer free wifi without a password. We also had dinner here which had good food, I like their salmon and steamed veggies. And some other things I have never tried before. They have a coffee station and juice station which was great The room is amazing! The bed is so nice and soft and lots of pillows. The bathroom was big. The temperature of the shower can get really hot which I love and the water pressure is great! I totally recommend staying here Breakfast was good, they had great breakfast sausages and a honeycomb which you can get yourselves. Shoutout to one of the chefs at breakfast, Kevin, talking to him was so nice and pleasant! All staff members are very helpful and hospitable. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Jeden z moich ulubionych hoteli. Niestety, ale od dłuższego czasu brakuje chociażby YT albo bogatszej oferty programów. Dla osób spędzających tam więcej czasu przydatna sprawa. Obsługa bardzo miła. Cieszy wyrozumiałość na brak chęci sprzątania. Dbajmy o ekologię wspólnie. Mam to szczęście, że zawsze jest maksymalne obłożenie i nie zawsze da się skorzystać z mojego statusu. Cieszy powodzenie hotelu. Zauważyłem za to zmiany w restauracji. Śniadanie za 75zł - trochę problemów bylo z uzupełnieniem dań. Zmiany dosięgły też menu (nowe jest fajne), ale nie wiem czy to nowa polityka czy akurat okres - usunięcie daily offers oraz orzeszków do piwa. Będę wracać. Lubię tutaj być i spać.

Cena parkingu od 9 do 17 - 80 zł: przesada. Z Parkingu nie da się wejść do hotelu jak nie ma się karty, a skąd miałbym ją mieć, gdy tylko przyjechałem… Niekompetentna obsługa. Ochroniarz nie chciał podpowiedzieć, jak trafić do hotelu gdy szukaliśmy wejścia bo to nie jego robota. Za swoje zadanie uznał adorowanie chyba szefa, który trzyma swój Grand Cherokee generacji przed 1999 rokiem produkcji na miejscu dla samochodów elektrycznych bo jest najbliżej wejścia. Czekałem ponad 10 min aby zapłacić za parking. Nie otrzymałem Paragonu z NIP, tylko musiałem zapłacić ze swojego konta za służbowy samochód na służbowym wyjeździe kwotę nadmiernie wysoką. Rozumiem, że hotel tym samym dorabia do najmu sal konferencyjnych. Drodzy Państwo -bardzo słabo, nic wspólnego z standardem Mariota to miejsce nie ma.

Faultless service. Comfortable rooms (although it would be nice to be able to open the windows). Location is not ideal for visiting Warsaw unless one is attending an onsite event. Plenty of parking spaces. So far, the only hotel in Marriott chain in Warsaw that I've stayed in that has been able to sort out multiple car park entry/exit without the hassle of having to validate the ticket every day.

Fantastic staff- welcoming and polite; cared about doing a good job. Room was impeccably clean and fresh. No question or hassle on late checkout request. Good bar, but the dinner menu was a bit too "artsy" and limited for me. I think most of the best things to see and do in the city require transportation, but location is great for the airport- close but with out the airport noise. Newer Upscale spot with shops, grocery, great laundromat, etc all close. Great hotel for the price. The staff makes it great.

Very clean and modern looking. Lots of choice at the bar if you like to try different beers. If you’re looking for somewhere really close to the city centre, this is not your choice, however it’s only about 20 mins away by bus/coach. Perfect location for the industrial estates in the area and only 10 mins away by taxi from the airport. The staff are extremely helpful and gave a lot of assistance in returning an item to me that I’d left behind!!!

Would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Warsaw. I travel a lot of work and this hotel, and it’s staff, we’re absolutely fantastic. The hotel is new (I think about 4 years old) with updated decor and all the amenities. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional; all staff members are fluent in both English and Polish. The staff was accommodating with an early check-in time and truly kind throughout our stay.

Ocena restauracji -> kuchnia bardzo słaba. Zamówiłem steka (oczywiście rare tj krwisty) za pierwszym razem well done a może nawet jeszcze bardziej wysmażony. Byłem miłe zaskoczony gdy po mojej reklamacji zaproponowali drugiego steka. Spytałem ponownie czy na pewno będzie rare i potwierdzili…podali drugi który był również „podeszwa” - nie chcąc tracić czasu, zjadłem. Dostałem gratis kieliszka jaggera. Poinformowałem ponownie i zaproponowali 10% zniżki (danie za 119 zł wiec zapłaciłem 107zl - chyba również słabo z matematyka, ale za błąd nie będę narzekał ;) ). NIE POLECAM!!!

Ten hotel to jeden z ulubionych w Warszawie. Wszystko zawsze przygotowane ma przyjazd. Duże, czyste i funkcjonalne pokoje. Rewelacyjna obsługa w recepcji. Pozdrawiam Pana Kamila. Na bardzo wysoką ocenę, zasługują śniadania. Wszystko pyszne, świeże i z ogromnym wyborem dań. Jednym słowem, rewelacja. Tak trzymać.

I booked this hotel for a very short stay only, so I can not tell too much about it. But staff was friendly and I could have a good rest in a soundproof room and enjoyed facilities. It‘s not located in the city center, but more in a business district between the center and the airport. I would choose this hotel again for future stays in Warsaw.

Love the welcome beer and a fresh juicing machine at brekkie. New hotel, everything feels new, even the gym and sauna feels freshly opened. Staff are wonderful - especially Artur and Karolina, who I could feel genuine hospitality and professionalism. Enjoyed the stay immensely and the area is nice and new.

Rooms are clean, shower was large walk in. 10 min from airport with uber (under $10 ride). I had a problem connecting to Wi-Fi but they fixed it. Checked out earlier no extra fee. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I'd mostly like to comment on the restaraunt at the hotel. They've never let me down. The roast beef with pepper reduction is excellent. They use freshly cut garlic and a pepper medley. It is quite excellent. I largely stay here because the restaraunt is so reliable.
