The place is cozy and comfortable. Reception was not bad, but I wasn't informed properly of how the process was despite being a newcomer. I went with the deep tissue massage and it was quite intense. At the end, even though it was hurtful, i felt a bit relaxed. However my right biceps was sore and the masseuse suggested to take paracetamol for a couple of days. There still pain after one week. I think they should analyze the customer first and adjust the massage accordingly rather than applying the same thing on every kind of person. For a more accustomed one, it might result better.

I had an hour long deep tissue massage yesterday afternoon with Patt which turned out to be one of the best massages I have ever had! I live about 75kms away and get a regular massage but thought of organising one closer to work. Booking in and checking in itself was easy and the staff made you feel extremely relaxed and welcome. Although my work location is often changing I will be definitely coming back here again. If you're seriously thinking of a massage, don't hesitate in getting in contact with Four Seasons Massage and Spa, I would highly recommend. Thanks

Shockingly unprofessional service. - Despite having a booking, they were closed when we arrived. They had forgotten about our booking and were 15 mins late. - Instead of 2 masseuses being available for a couple's massage (as booked for) there was only one - When we tried to rebook for later they inflated the price from what was advertised on their website We had a terrible experience and won't be returning.

I have just had the most exhilarating four hands massage, the two girls very professional and very talented in their art. I have never experienced a massage like this before, this was my third time here and it only gets better as you and the girls become accustomed to each other. Great relaxing atmosphere with rooms that are less cramped then most. The ladies are a pleasure to deal with, attentive and happy to be as gentle or firm as needed. An overall wonderful experience and one I plan on returning to many times in the future
