I didn’t want to give NO STAR, but it the only way I can make the review. Everything about the place is very much unprofessional.. They have so many washers and dryers that don’t work.. When you let them know that the washer aren’t washing your clothes they’re very rude.They don’t reimburse you your money. I’m here now and out of 8 washers, I’m looking at 6 that have signs that state they don’t work. Now I know this company should make enough money to fix the machines inside of the store… Also do better with that workers and security guards that you’ll hire.. The one at 180 Murdock Rd is terrible…

Many washers and free dryers. It's clean. Find their staffing to be rude. Asked them to get change so I could get quarters but needed 1,5,10,or 20 to use changer but they would not change it for me the lady was rude I even tried again to buy a soda to get change she still would not change it for me. The music playing is to loud be nice if it was less loud in the back ground. It was very hot and humid in there. They have Tvs but never see them playing. Alot of dryers not working. Tried breakfast taco with egg found it to be bland and rather dry was not very hot when served.

Super Clean Facility, Excellent for People without washing machines and dryers at their homes. Paid Washers free DRYERS (PHENOMENAL IDEA) I've visited 3 times and each visit was AMAZING and FAST!! I don't have to Visit anymore because we have a Brand New Washing machine and Matching Dryer. But for Future FOX CUSTOMERS ENJOY YOUR VISITS! It's an AWESOME PLACE!

Just warning anyone ahead of time….most in the metroplex have poor service conditions….need repairs and cleaning….looks like a haven for homeless and drug users….have started a search to find a decent place in My area mileage is not a concern for good service

Was just a bit disappointed in my experience today they had no quarter machines working so I went to the register itself so I was forced to go get change at the closest car wash but other than that their washing machines run well and efficiently.

Not even exaggerating but this place is the worst to go wash your clothes, the lady is very very RUDEE, plus half of the dryers don't even work, and she even stole my bag of detergent, not coming here again, think twice before coming. ladrones!

Not bad for public laundry facilities but the high number of broken machines, especially dryers, definitely delay the process. FIX YOUR MACHINES GUYS!! (Disclaimer, the third star is because the restroom was clean)

They need to be reported cuz everytime I come here it always something they need more basket and they need to fix all their washer and dryer clean up more these place is very nasty and it needs to be shut down

Place was clean while maintenance very much relaxable would definitely go again It look like it can get hood and it can be loud there but I didn't see none of that tonight... Keep up the good work Fox laundry

Worse laundrymat in town, washers half work and they have only a few dryers working and homeless people all around this place from the inside to outside to the back of the Fox

The place was disgusting! Most machines especially the dryers were broken. Couldn’t use the bathroom because it was locked and a bunch of men were hanging around outside.

Dirty laundromat. Their wash machines have only one setting. You cannot choose a heavy soil/ extra rinse wash

It was so dirty and half the machine and dryers OUT OF SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

There on point great customer service and there is nothing to complain about
