Such a great place to get all my higher education studies completed online, and to grab a nice book also. The black bald guy with glasses was mad because I asked him a question about printing, I had not been here in 2 years due to the pandemic. I don't care if he was on his cell phone taking he was also at work working lol... *Updated to 5 stars. The same guy assisted greatly with a deadline task I was helping fam with on the evening of Thursday 11.2.23. I learned how to send a PDF through email, will appreciate this forever :)

I go this library as soon as they open. It's always so peaceful and the staff is super friendly. Yesterday, I believe they were having storytime for babies on the 2nd floor, but as I sat on the first floor, it was still pin drop quiet. The circle (more oval-like actually) glass room is my favorite place to work. And sidenote: the older woman custodian is always kind to me because I try to wait until the floor is dry before I enter. It's the little things. Easily my favorite library.

Beautiful Location.. with a really fun collection of books and, a wide selection on meeting rooms from: a classroom style with a white board to a beautiful glass enclosed boardroom style to casual meeting spaces with table space to a meeting space that can be all carpeted floor and glass vistas looking out on the children's collection to individual meeting rooms food for 1-2 people who just need a quiet space with a desk and no distractions!

I've visited this library weekly for the past month. The staff is always helpful and professional. The building design is very modern and lets in lots of light. The book collection is modestly sized. There are four small study rooms, two conference rooms, and a large meeting room; study rooms have always been available when I've visited. It's generally pretty quiet at this library.

This is a nice Library, but a Library is supposed to be a quiet place and every patron is supposed to adhere to that. But every time I come here there are: Babies crying, people having ongoing (loud) conversations, and in the study rooms people are talking on their phones and conducting teleconferences and playing videos. And The Librarians are not doing anything about it.

To be a neighborhood library, they surely don’t treat their neighborhood with respect and decency. With no one in the library but librarians, I was asked to come back at the start of the hour to enter instead of at half the hour. I can appreciate someone who does their job well but not at the expense of their clientele.

The libraries in the dc are doing people like myself, with no access to a computer, a very bad disservice. I cannot print my information to get assistance for my rent because of the of the Pandemic, but before the end of the year I was able to use a computer to print all my information to recertify for my apartment.

This places LOOKS nice, but has so much wasted space and money, it is not funny. Want internet, they have it. Want an actual book, and your're SOL, because books are something that this library is thin on. There is "open space", and some ridiculous architecture - but where are the books??!?!?!?!

PROs: Great selection, professional staff, beautiful building, solid accommodations. CONs: Not sure who thought concrete floors & steel chairs would serve a quiet library environment, because the chairs moving is very loud & distracting. No parking lot.

A Special Gem From the outside in, this library is open, clean and beautifully designed. The staff is always helpful and the resources and programming are great. I won't complain about the air conditioning, but be sure to bring a jacket on the summer!

Very nice, clean and certainly a beautiful designed library. The size of this building should easily accommodate more seating arrangements. Very quite for the most part on the Saturdays I visited. The noise level need to be a little lower.

This is a beautiful library with very helpful staff. I wish it had been designed with more open areas for quiet studying. Also there is no parking lot. And it is always really, really cold in there.

It's always cold very cold. The library has been closed without notice several times especially on SUNDAY'S. The copier and printer are always broken. Yes the staff is helpful.

Although I didn't find what I was looking for the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful. She suggested some awesome alternatives.

Free wifi & the upper level is exclusively for kids, including a learning area for small children. Also has plenty of seating.
