Francisco helped us buy and sell. He was very professional, responsive, and cared alot about our family and helping us find the perfect house - as well as get as much as we could for the house we were selling. He was involved the entire process and always there when i have a question or wanted to go look at a house. Selling. - He was very patient and worked around us. Being as we were both selling and buying it meant we were still living in our home. The goal was to close on both houses the same day. He helped us with referrals to get the house looking the best it could be for our open house. For the open house - it was 2 days. Francisco was there every morning, and locked up after. He kept us in the loop the entire time. When it came to negotiations he worked his magic and got us 10's of thousands over asking! When it came to choosing a buyer he called the lenders to make sure the loans were secure and wouldn’t fall through. We ended up making much more than we initially thought. He also worked it out so that we would have a couple day’s to move after the close day. Buying - being as we were selling our house we needed to find a house to fit our family of 7. That was no easy task in the market right now. We also needed to make sure we closed the same day on our house we were selling. If I saw house online I wanted to see in person he would set up a showing and meet me within an hour to see the house! We found the house we loved and Francisco immediately had the paperwork and offer ready for us to sign as soon as he got home from seeing it. He made sure we had fair competitive offers and looked out for us along the way. We finally had an offer accepted after coming in 2nd twice. Francisco kept us in the loop the entire time. Even if there was nothing going on he would send us a text letting us know everything is slow right now but that it’s normal. When it came to closing week (3 days til closing) we ran into a issue with our lender needing something to be fixed (after post inspection). This was out of Francisco’s hands however, even being out of state he scheduled to have someone at our door the next morning to fix it. Then pushed the lender down to the last minute to get the funding done knowing if we didn’t move that weekend we had nowhere to go. He again worked his magic and made sure we closed on the schedule closing day! I cant thank him enough. Francisco was there every step of the way and we consider him a friend. Our kids even nicknamed him "uncle" every time we'd see him. I don’t have a Enough good things to say about him. He was great and knew what we wanted and needed and pulled through for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and in our forever home! I highly recommend him for your home buying and selling needs!
