I sent them an email as the UK Tribunal accepted my case, received the call just now and I still sit here confused thinking what just happened LOL, the guy wouldn't let me explain anything nor talk, kept interrupting me angrily as if it was be calling him and bothering him, kept asking why the tribunal accepted my case if it was for a less than 3 months case - WELL I am not the lawyer he is, why was he patronising me LOL - 100% recommended if you want to be patronised and not helped at all :) Adding update after their response: Extremely patronising even writing your answer. "I am confused cause tribunal confirmed I have a case despite the length of my employment"? As a lawyer you should be curious about what was done to me for the tribunal to move forward- it would be great if you could upload the phone conversation for your potential clients - for a law company you seem to lie a lot. I am sorry you are CONFUSED about the conversation we have had.

I found the service I received to be very professional, no question was to much and I was always responded to promptly, they guided my though the complicated process when I was feeling at my lowest and supported me from the point of me raising a grievance right upto receiving a settlement agreement. I Can’t recommend these guys enough, they were reassuring, consistent and always made sure I was clear on all options available to me every step of the way, and most importantly I won my case for bulling and harassment for whistle blowing without having to drag it out in the courts

Just wanted to share my experience with Frederick Solicitors in regards to a employment matter, it was the only law firm to actually up hold their free 15mins legal advice consultation as stated on their website. The gentleman that I spoke to was very informative and gave sound advice. This helps saves time for both parties in respect of if I have a case and if they can help me. To be honest I was amazed. Jonathon got back super quick and we had a 10 minute chat. All my questions answered to the point. Set me on the right path. Gave me confidence to move forward. I hope I don’t need more advice in the future but if I did or I knew of anyone else who did , Fredericks would be my first call.

Jonathon. Maybe try having more compassion for clients that are worrying non stop about their employment and financial worries than shutting them down aggressively MID sentence to say “WEVE ALREADY SPOKE ABOUT THIS”. Based on him, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
