I used Apple Pay to check out and the associate told me I might get an email asking me to confirm my payment method because their system sometimes flags Apple Pay. Not a big deal, but when I received an email the next day it said my payment method was declined and I needed to re-enter my card info. Again, not a huge deal but had I missed the email my order wouldn’t have shipped. I wish the associate would have just told me not to use Apple Pay as a payment method in the first place if their point of sale system can’t handle it.

I love Free People clothing but usually find the workers in the separate brand stores to be aloof and not helpful. Not at this relatively recent addition, where you're always greeted with a smile. The sales are good - there's usually a decent one going on. The workers are very helpful as well in bringing alternate sizes if you need them. Note their pants sizes can go all over the map, drastically varying depending on the style.

The workers there was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo helpful and amazing! I felt so at home because they made me feel welcome! I wish i had the two young ladies names! You guys was great!!.....no free parking...store is on a busy street...finding parking can be hard

Awesome experience here. Staff was super helpful. The store is small but has alot jammed in. The staff helped me order a dress from a store many states over. Because it was sold out online in my size. Went really smoothly. Definitely would shop here again.

I needed a quick outfit for the night and decided to try my luck here. The people the two employees were texting were deemed more important than me, as I was never greeted nor asked if I needed assistance with anything. Safe to say I will not be returning.

I started purchasing a few items, I Loved it so much, that I purchased more, I now have 4 prs. of Sandals all Gladiator style [My Fav] & a Skirt set & can't wait to Show off MY New Digs❣️❣️❣️...Totally Thrilled w/My purchases...... …

Eh. The selection here has gotten a tad more limited and the customer service isn't really there. Associates will greet you and thats it. I always end up browsing and just ordering online bc nobody ever really offers help or assistance

Staff members did not go up to talk to me which I rather prefer as it’s a hindrance to me when shopping for items. However they do respond to questions regarding pieces I wanted and the communication was great. Thank you!

Love free people clothing. They have awesome service advise and are nice and helpful. Although I wish they have more discounts I do admire when they do. ;D

My daughter loves this place they actually have very small sizes to fit her some may think it's on the pricey side but you get what you pay for

Associate was very welcoming and quick with my return transaction. Ordered velvet dress online, was cute and well priced but too big for me.
