Very clean carwash! I love that the carwash is gated, it prevents the homeless people from trashing the place. I usually go to the carwash down the road from this one but the line was too long so I thought I would postpone washing my vehicle until another day. Then on my way to Neighborhood Walmart, I noticed this carwash and decided to give it a try. I went through the drive thru automatic carwash and I think it did an excellent job! Good amount of soap, wax, and rinse for a very fair price. Did not leave soap on my vehicle after wash like some other carwashes do. It was 40 degrees outside and nothing was frozen, everything was functioning properly. I'm very happy and impressed with this carwash. From now on, I will be going to this carwash instead of the one down the street (which is filled with homeless people and trash). Thank you Freedom Carwash for having such high standards and high quality products. Your pride in your business is evident. And like other people said, it's nice to feel safe while washing your vehicle. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the carwash. Keep up the good work

Quarter machine wasn't able to take $20 so I didn't get to do as much cleaning as I wanted, thankfully I had a few quarters for the zoo penny machine. The place over all was pretty nice, clean. But basically out of all vend items. I needed a blue towel, but it was out, and so were the armor all wipes. In the plus side they have a blow dry option and it was super handy. I was here today because some cans of Soda exploded in the back of my car, next time I'm actually needing to wash and fully clean my car ill definitely come back to this location, and we'll see if the quarters and vend items are good by then. I would recommend this place, despite the quarter and vend issues.

I can’t attest to the quality of the car wash, but their fence is a huge hazard to drivers trying to turn onto ladera from 72nd. This is already a very dangerous intersection… just ask the guy whose fence has come down several times at the corner. Luckily they added the guard rails, but it’s extremely hard to see far enough if it’s clear to go due to the fence obstructing the view. I have had several close calls and it’s due to the fence. Edit: I am sure you are confusing me with someone else as I have never spoken directly to you. I do not take peace in knowing there is a visibility obstruction which can literally cause someone bodily harm or death by car accident.

I used it for the very first time yesterday and I had an issue with my car window after I paid for the drive through car wash (It wouldn’t go up). I freaked out a little because I stalled for about 5-10 minutes the car wash was asking for payment. I looked on Google for a number as it’s not a verified account. I went back and saw a Facebook account with a phone number. I gave it a call and it was the owner. He went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 recommend to everyone. I passed 2 cars through the drive through wash and both of the cars look good! Wow, I live down the road and the last car wash was no where near as nice and clean as this business!!! I like washing my own car and Took my 2021 Gmc Sierra through both touchless wash and one of the bays and everything is Brand new! Did I mention they have a blower to dry your truck off of the excess water!! It is so well kept it makes the neighborhood look good!! I’ll be back all summer long!! If you haven’t stopped by you need to give it a try! Owner is always there washing his vehicles and interacts with his customers! Locally Veteran owned!

Freedom Wash. The best car wash in town! EVERYTHING works, vacuum cleaners, air dryers in the self clean stalls, air pressure system, and the DOG WASH! This is the only place that has a dog wash, which I’ve been looking forever for, so now after I wash my dogs, I can vacuum all of their hairs and clean the inside of my car, while they dry in the dog area! Also has a dog air dryer. They even have an attendant in case you need anything or have questions about how to use the controls on the wash. Excellent place I’d highly recommend.

I won't be back to this car wash again. As I was discriminated against for being a heavy person. I was drying my vehicle when an old man that works there came up to me and handed me a freedom carwash air freshener. Told me it was complementary from the owner. I told him thank you and he looked at me and said dont eat it. I'm a grown adult and know not to eat an air fresher. Then I saw him walk over to another person there to which he didn't tell them not to eat the air freshener. That person needs a course on being a decent human.

I think this is one of my top 3 favorite self serve car wash places in Albuquerque! I love that they have the the blow dryer option so your car doesn't start to dry all spotty everywhere and the rug beaters worked a lot better than I thought they would.... Wish they didn't close so early though, especially with it being summer time and the high heat we've been having there's just days when I don't wanna go wash my car in this heat and want to go when the sun is setting but that's when they end up closing

(06Sep2023) This Car Wash was recently upgraded and is AwEsOmE! Four (4) CLEAN & SPACIOUS Self-Service Bays, Surveillance Cameras, Change Machines, Vacuum Stations and even an automatic Drive-Thru Car Wash Bay..if you don't care to clean your vehicle 'by hand'. In my opinion (IMO), I've found Freedom Wash to be the Best Option (locally) to get my vehicle clean & shiny! Love the Upgrades! Five Thumbs Up!!

The customer service was friendly and the area was kept up. The problem I had was I used a credit card, I only needed 3 minutes and I pressed stop near the end and I continued to clean my car and when I went to put more money to rinse I saw the machine was still charging me. Came out to more than $10. I think there should be instructions if pressing stop doesn't stop charging you.

It's ok. Just make sure you have exact coins and don't run out of time before.its done because it won't start up again. I accidentally soaped my car with tire soap since that was the first one and couldn't go back :/ needs better system. I ended up just rinsing my car and not giving it the cleaning it deserved. Waste of $5. I feel like a curb your enthusiasm scene....

The owner of this company is amazing I called him about a question and he helped me out !! This is probably the best car wash in abq it’s always clean and a friendly environment and never any issues with the pressure washers or foam brushes The touch less car wash is probably the second best part !!! I highly recommend you come here and wash your car

I absolutely love this car wash. Freedom Wash has upgraded all of its amenities. I personally enjoy using the touchless wash which protects my paint better than any other car wash in town. After I discovered this place, I unsubscribed being a member of mister car wash. I love going here to wash my own vehicle and to wash the company's vehicle I work for. Only wish people could properly hang up the vacuum hose and pick up their trash. Overall this is a great clean car wash and I know the owner tries to keep it clean and maintain.

Best car washing outfit in town! I took my power wagon in for a wash. I was skeptical because it had not been washed for over 4 months. It was full of dirt and road grime. The truck was amazing! Even the plastic fenders were clean. I will definitely be going back. This is the only brushless wash I have been to that actually cleaned the truck.

I stopped in at this car wash today to wash my Ram 3500 Quad Cab Long Bed Dually. I got the $14.00 laser wash and it cleaned my truck up really nice. Great place to take your large vehicle to get it washed. I also want to say that this car wash is so clean and neat. The attendant Joe was very helpful and personable.

This car wash…..PREMIUM. Best in class service. I love the brushless Drive thru as well as the actually self wash bays. The facility is top notch. Hand AIR dryers in the bays, ensure your paints quality with OUT those pesky swirls left by a towel and extremely powerful. The west side needed this! Customer for life.

There's nothing worse than going to that major national brand and getting swirls in the paint of your brand new truck. It happened to me once, I love the fact that Freedom Car Wash has a touch-free tunnel. I don't mind getting out with a wand but when it's 20° outside the touch-free tunnel is perfect!

So excited to see a dog wash at the car wash now. Has everything you need to wash your dog so you don't have to lug the shampoos and supplies. Water was slightly too warm, but my dog didn't seem to mind. Just would have been slightly more refreshing for a triple digit summer day to have cooler water.

Two times in these past months, paid my $14 each for freedom wash, the machine fail to provide service, call the company again after my original review, got to talk with the owner, reported the situation, have my two times wash paid refunded, he also offer me a free wash, thanks for the honesty.

I've been going to this car wash since it opened. I live right down the street. I go to a lot of car washes throughout town to wash my work truck and personal vehicle. This by far is the best in town. Workers there are super nice as well! Definitely recommend this spot!

Just left the wash a few minutes ago and upon getting home noticed a nasty greasy film all over my brand new f150. I cant even wipe it off. Ill have to take it to another car wash and see if they can get it off. I wont be back.

Good spot I visit weekly but needs better brushes for the foaming soap, a sink with towel wringer and dryers in each bay instead of just 1. That'll make this spot so much better and would warrant a 5* review easy.

Do it yourself car wash. I love these types of car washes where you can still pull in and wash your own car. It takes quarters or card cost about 6 bucks just to wash. It's all newly updated nice place.

Bays were clean and well kept however the layout is awkward and not much space available for drying afterward. Also left a nasty grey film on my bright red truck. Would not recommend.

Don't use the water dispenser. Have to use cash only because the screen to pay with the card does not work. Also more expensive than other water dispensers.

Nothing worked , soap hose was under powered , coin machine miss counted and doesn’t have a change button . soap stars leaking out of rinse options .

The touchless car wash is so bad, i got the $12 option and it did absolutely nothing, the car came out as dirty as it went in and it’s white.

I especially like the automatic brushless drive-through wash bay. Does a good job and you don't have to worry about scratches on your car.
