I originally had purchased a pair of shoes from Freelance on Iconic but when it arrived, I was disappointed by the appalling condition. There was glue residue everywhere and the shoe was not intact. There was a section unglued as well. I decided to return that pair and proceed with an online order with in-store pickup. When I arrived to collect the shoes at the Miranda store, I was again disappointed by the condition of the shoe. There was clearly some glue residue on the product and showed the manager(who was an older woman with dark hair ). The customer service she provided was absolutely unprofessional. Not only did she exhibit a poor attitude, she also persistently denied there was any glue on the shoe. She had done little to better the condition by cleaning the shoe with product. I most definitely will not be shopping from this store if I were to be served by her again. From this experience, I would recommend Miranda Freelance to revaluate their customer service.

Complex online returns policy. Ordered additional shoes due to a failure by the website ordering system which emailed me telling me I’d ordered a different colour to the one my girlfriend wanted. I had screenshots to identify it was Freelances’ error but it could be a failure of those operating it. Freelance Shoes expects you to have access to a printer in order to conduct a return request. An incredibly outdated system. The team seemed confident they’d shipped the correct shoes but only responded after 14 hours of me making the query. I wanted to ensure the order was in during dwindling stock levels across retailers as the lockdown appears to be ending.

Purchased on the 24th of December from the Freelance Shoes Miranda store, wore it twice and the sole fell off. Went back to the store as it fell off when I was in Miranda and because I did not have the receipt on my the manager told me they could do nothing about it. It is clearly new and from their store as their brand is on it. OUTRAGEOUS and poor customer service!

Thank you to Monia from the Cronulla store. She was so very helpful in helping me find 2 pairs of shoes that I desperately wanted and arranging for them to be put aside for collection in another store. Not many salespeople go above and beyond like she did. 5 stars for her customer service and friendly manner.

Finally found a good pair of nude flat sandals that were flattering!! Would not have expected to have so much trouble finding a good pair of nude flat sandals but after hours of searching I accidentally stumbled across this store by accident and I’m so glad i did ❤️ they are very comfy too

Worst customer service. Staff whoever work on Monday shift need to be training about customer service.
