Be very careful when coming here you will be lied to and scammed. The first girl who helped me barely knew what she was doing . I was charged over 250 to get a new policy while having this company as my insurance for over a year all they did was switch to another company through their company. I was told I would get a discount for putting my insurance on auto pay which is a lie I got denied my discount because they allegedly denied I had insurance before when it was from that company I have received 2 bills a month now for no reason . I called customer service and they were very unhelpful and said they can't do anything to help that it is what it is. So I recommend going somewhere else that knows what they are doing. Also don't believe all these other reviews my friend worked for this company and they get an incentive for getting friends to make fake reviews when he started working there he asked me to make one for him because if he got a certain amount he got some kind of incentive. I am fuming I was robbed by this company now have to go through the headache of getting insurance somewhere else..

I just updated my insurance policy and the agent who I dealt with Juanita Mendoza did such a good job I felt I needed to let someone know ... It is a rare thing these days to have someone go way above and beyond what is expected from a customer service phone call .... My insurance policy had a substantial increase overnight which I felt was unacceptable... I called freeway to inquire about the increase and my call was disconnected twice so when I called the 3rd time I was lets say a little unhappy ... Juanita immediately took control of the situation and assured me she would handle the problem... She was very professional and unusually polite and in no time had me calmed down ... She explained the situation clearly and gave me a couple of options that would satisfy me. ... I honestly intended to cancel my policy ... But after speaking with her she got me squared away with a new policy with an acceptable monthly rate .... Thank you Juanita for going the extra mile to keep my business .....

I just wanna say that Samantha M. is literally the best insurance agent that has ever worked with me! She is so patient and was able to explain to me everything that I needed to know with my policy! She was very determined to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience with Freeway Insurance. If I could give her a higher rating than 5 stars I would definitely do so!
