This is really a zero star review. Quoted me for auto insurance for almost $350/month and told me that’s the lowest I’d find, that there would be no possible way to get a lower rate. Within 15 minutes after hanging up, a simple google search and a call to Allstate earned me a policy for over $230 LESS than what Freeway had offered. Such a scam, they try to scare you into buying a policy for exorbitant amounts of money so they can make some extra profit. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! For the three days after declining their services, I received not one, not two, but THREE phone calls per day!! The first time they called and told me they had found much better rates (weird right?) I still told them I wasn’t interested, which really should be enough for them to stop calling you so many times each day. But no, they just had to continue. If they call you the best thing you can do is listen to them speak, wait for them to pause, and in the strangest voice you can do calmly say: “thank you for the call sir/ma’am in the words of the infamous Tally hall ‘everyone loves a potato monkey’” They immediately hung up and I have not heard from them again

This place has been nothing but GREAT! Awesome customer service!!!!!! They go above and beyond to help their customers. I've never had a problem getting in touch. The 4th street office is where we do business. Its right there off the street, open until 6! Jorge is great, very nice individual. So willing to help, he gets things done! Also Naomi Ockerman is awesome. Not sure what office she is at because we only talk via email and phone but she is awesome! Both are top notch customer service employees. Very Personable! I would recommend 10 times over. The rates aren't bad either. the only downside is I Wish they had an app or more online services! But that doesn't deter me from doing business here! Very happy and plan to remain with Freeway insurance!

Staff members are also very friendly, polite, caring, prestigious, and punctual..SUPER A+++++ Customer Servie which makes me feel honored and valued. KEEP UP the good work and strong work ethic. :)

Walk in here and experience something different. These people mean business! Right from the moment you walk in you are greeted and offered refreshments if there is a wait and even if there isn’t! This isn’t my usual office but you can step into any one and have the same experience each time. Definitely setting themselves apart from the competition!

They claim to have insurance for 19.00i am being charged 55. I called bc they changed my policy without letting me know I called to find out what happened they stated they couldn't see anything but my bill is due the guy tried to hound be about paying my bill

If I could give no Stars I would. The agent seemed new and not trained! I did end up getting insurance with them and I was charged twice on my debit card! Now I have to prove to him that was charged twice and it will take up to 30 days to refund my money!

Went there to do my income taxes and somebody who claimed to be the boss named Richard , entered most of my information incorrectly . He refused to correct and acknowledge that he made a mistake on federal documents. Also was being charged
