I just got my car tooken and needed some insurance and going through a really rough time, not only did she help me get a good policy that fits me and it’s affordable, but she even gave me her boss number so I can get a job!! She went over my policy details and once I detected a slight increase from the previous quote provided, she immediately corrected the error without hesitation. When i say great customer service! I never leave review butta i just had to. Just made my payment and soon As i got in my car the manager lyneisha flagged me down to let me know i over paid her. I dont know anyone who will do that. That lady is so nice. She even got me a cheaper rate

It is 4:38 pm every time I come here it’s a problem the lady has a nasty attitude she was locking up in my face she got in a black new mini suv and yelled out they have other locations I’m closed and pulled off she closed a hour and a half early if I could give a no star I would
