If all 4 of my tires went flat in front of this place on the hottest summer day in Texas I would walk to the nearest bus stop wait and catch the bus to the next nearest tire shop and I would do this as many times as necessary. So I am on my way to work and my tire sensor comes on so I pull off to the freeway tire shop. The guy comes to my window and I explain to him that my tire sensor is on. He says okay I check tire so he goes around with a tire gauge and check the tire pressure on my tires and comes back to me and says that my tires are all good but my tire sensor was still on so he said maybe I needed to reset my sensor so I asked him how much and how long? He said $25 in 10 minutes. I said ok. So after two attempts he finally was able to reset my sensor and it went off. I paid him asked him for a receipt and pulled off. As soon as I entered onto the freeway the sensor came back on but because he had already told me that my tires were good and that it was my sensor I figured I could come back after work because I was already extremely late and traffic was extremely heavy. So after work I come back by and they are closed. This morning I was actually on time to work so it when I passed by they were still closed. So after work I'll go back by there today and I explain to them that my sister came back on yesterday as soon as I got on the freeway. I showed them my receipt and they got the guy that worked on my car yesterday explain to the guy that my sister came back on right after I got on the freeway he says okay "I check tire" so I'm like you were supposed to do that yesterday but this time he jacks my car up to check. So after checking the first tire he comes back and tells me that I have to buy a new tire because there is a nail in the right rear tire. I try to stay calm as I'm realizing what has happened. I explain to him that that was the issue yesterday and sensor did not need to be reset and that he misdiagnosed the issue and that he needed to rectify it he becomes belligerent and tells me that I'll need to pay for a new tire and I explain to him that I will need a refund for my money then the owner comes over and I try to explain to him and he becomes belligerent it starts talking over me, the paying customer. As I explained to them I came seeking professional assistance I asked the guy to check my tires to find out why my sensor was on because he was not thorough and efficient he misdiagnosed and then tried to charge me again for another service. I was not having it! I had to almost make them change my tire and even then all he wanted to do is patch it and not refund me my money as soon as he passed my tire and put it back on my sensor went off I showed him, he still would not refund my money. Then the guy wants to come in my face and curse at me. So save your money and your sanity and stay away! You have been warned!

I went here to get an oil change and they noticed I had a leak so I had them repair it. They told me it would take a while so I asked if I could leave it and come back for it later so I could make it to work on time. They estimated 3 hours tops to get the leak fixed and oil changed and that they would call me when it’s ready. They never called and I waited 4 hours and when I called the guy said it wasn’t ready then someone else in the back yelled that it had been ready so then he rushes me to go pick it up due to limited space. I get there to pick up my car and pay and the guy was saying how they put brand new tires and it was good so I asked if he was sure since I had an oil leak fixed and never asked for tires. He looked confused and said ok yes it’s fixed and I didn’t trust him after that. So he asked me how much the mechanic was charging me which baffled me since he was the one acting like he was running the place. I go and find the mechanic and he explained everything to me that he changed and showed me what he changed to ease my mind. I leave only to hear something hitting my front passenger tire so I go back and I notice with a worker the splash guard was loose behind the front tire causing that noise. So I asked if maybe there had been a screw removed or something that had popped off since it wasn’t making that noise when I dropped it off only for the guy in the front to try and charge me to fix it. It took for the mechanic to come look and he fixed it with a screw quick and easy. I’ve had good experiences there before but this one was the worst. The only saving grace was the mechanic who was very helpful but the guy in the front was lost the whole time and rude. I question going back there now because i don’t know if I can trust them if the guy in charge doesn’t know anything going on. Very unprofessional if he is a manager there.

As a female car owner who doesn’t know much about cars (but knows they have to be maintained) I often dread having to go get mine serviced for fear of getting taking advantage of. I’m glad to have found Freeway Tire Shop because they offer great customer service and are 100% honest and work with integrity! I took in my car for for an oil change and brake work today (6/1/2019) and the staff explained in detail all possible charges I might incur depending on the work. Returned to pick up my car and they explained that once they checked the car’s brakes out they realized it didn’t need the work done I thought it did (told y’all I don’t know much!). I left extremely relieved because, ladies, let’s be honest, there are shops out there that probably would have and will take advantage! But not Freeway Tire Shop. Because of their great customer service (and did I mention honesty and integrity) they have a customer for life! I can’t recommend them enough! P.S. Props to those ladies who know their way around auto work and automobiles, though!

I give this place 2 stars because they take such a long time to get you out of there. Sure they come out and help you once you arrive and get your car in the garage but they're understaffed so every time another customer comes they stop to help them. They work on several cars at once so they may think they're helping everyone but it would take much less time if they focus on one car at a time. I've been there several times and that has been my experience every time . For example, a simple plug for my tire took 30 minutes. Another ocassion changing out old tires for new ones (4) took about an hour. Getting inspection done at least 30 minutes. Maybe I've been unfortunate and always stop by at a busy time, maybe they need more staff. One the other hand, the good thing about this place is that it's right on the freeway, just down the road from my workplace so has been very convenient at times of emergencies. And the prices seem fair I suppose. Just be prepared to spend some time here if you stop by.

My tires were slashed and I was in need of new tires and I went to several tire shops …. No one could help me. I pass by freeway tires mostly everyday coming home from work so I decided to try them ! They were VERY nice … Professional…very informative and most of all they have AMAZING customer service ! I have rims so it’s kinda tricky with my tires and I’ve had to get them replaced a couple times, cause obviously I don’t know how to drive with those rims! Every time I went back to Freeway Tires to get my tires fixed… They have been VERY helpful…Attentive and quick service ! Hi five to the leader . The employees there are definitely a great team to get things done! Those things stand out to me (customer service and great team work) If you are EVER in need of new tires or services.. I would 100% recommend Freeway Tires! Did I mention they also offer finance companies… That was so helpful for me ! Alicia

Took a short vacation to Dallas, Tx the week after the blizzard. Stayed downtown at The Joule. On the drive to Dallas got a flat, had to change it. Happens. Thought to myself, don’t have a spare need to get that fixed. Decided a new set of tires would be better. Called 4 wheel parts, need an appt. BOO. Called Freeway Tire Shop. I needed the tires installed that day because I was leaving the next. The tires I wanted weren’t even in stock when I called but they got em there and installed them the same day! Here comes the cherry on top...I asked JR if they could drop my truck off at my hotel. Not a problem! The absolute best service I’ve ever had, anywhere. JR thanks for the job well done. When the wife’s Rover is due for tires we’re coming back to Dallas and back to Freeway Tire Shop.

!!!Very Bad Place!!!! Stay Away!!! Don’t come here if you don’t care how these amateurs treat your new car and new wheels or unless you want all your wheels be damaged and scratched up. People here are very rude and the equipment they use are very old which will damaged your wheels. They scratched the wheels of my Mercedes and also my girlfriend’s Lexus when we came there for tire replacement. Even worse, on my way home, my Mercedes alerted the tire pressure sensor was missing. It turned out that they forgot to transfer the sensor to the new wheel. I had to come back next day to get it, and then, went straight to another new tire shop on the other side of the freeway to put it on. I was rather pay extra $20 somewhere than let these amateurs caused more damages to my baby.

I was heading to work and experienced a horrific blow out. The blame is probably my own fault for not paying attention to my tire pressures properly. Nevertheless I was stranded and with no other choices around, because I was only able to drive off highway and right into Freeway Tire Shop. Although I felt at the time this was my only choice, it will now be my only choice from now on. The people here was very professional, helpful, and kind. I didn't feel hounded with unnecessary upcharges for additional services. They focused on what was important and made recommendations for the future. I am done with the big named tire shops. I just want to say thank you to the staff at Freeway Tire Shop!

I ran over something on the highway while I was headed to the chiropractor and immediately my tire warning light came on. Thank God that Freeway Tires was there and ready to help. As soon as I pulled up, an employee waved me in and they had me in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I had one tire replaced and had to put a different tire on a new rim, and the gentlemen there were super helpful and very fast at getting me taken care of. In my opinion, they were a bit pricey compared to what I’m used to, but all in all a great experience. Thank you for the help this morning, guys! I will definitely keep y’all in mind for next time!

Very very poor work. When asked to bring it back and see why it wasnt fixed they gave me the run around for over 2 WEEKS!! told be they dont know and that it was MY problem and wouldn't even look at it. If anything my car was running even worse once i left their shop. Had engine problems the second i left their shop. Was not in this condition when i dropped my car off. Took them 3 weeks to do my suspension so on the front. When they told me it would only take 2 days max. Spent over $800 just to be robbed of my money! Asked for a refund. Wouldn't do that either. Very very poor customer service from the employees. Will never return.

I took my car in due to the front end shaking at 60 to 70 mph. After new tires and front end alignment plus new shocks I drove away and heard a humming sound at the front end. Suddenly and on the same day that they did all this to my car the bearings inexplicably wore out. There was also a clicking on one of the back tires. 2 months later there’sa knocking sound to go along with the clicking. Sounds bad. Of course I can’t prove any wrong doing but it seems problems suddenly arose after their work. Extremely disappointed and will not ever return to this business! I’m out $800 and still need to fix the back wheel.

Got my wheels aligned and change the tires. I drop off the vehicle and asked me to come back at 3.00. i went there at 3.15 and it wasnt even touched. and I had to wait another hour and a half. And not courtesy call or communication to let me know they are getting late. Its very unprofessional. And the owner told me that alignment wont come right with tire which I believed at that time and found out thats not true. If the owner can remember me this is why you cant compete with big places not just the higher price...bottom line...I just wrote my experience and won't go there again. Hope it would help you...

I came in for an oil change and left with oil spilled all over my engine bay a giant hole in my cold air intake a pool of some kind of brown liquid covering my rear floorboard and major engine damage that made me break down on the highway with smoke pouring out of my hood and exhaust my car is destroyed less than a month after i pay cash for it and i am at a loss for words you destroyed my car spilled a pool of something that looks like beer in my floorboard spilled oil everywhere i have never been treated this bad by anyone in the automotive indistry

Was excellent work, got 4 tires for $39, we got here at 2pm and got out at 4:35pm took forever but was worth it until my boyfriend checked it said one tire was 27 of the air we told the guy and he said they already put air like bro I'm letting u know and showing u it says it only had 26 of air now, I don't think it's fair my boyfriend has to put air when it was yall's mistake unbelievable. And I even had clean yall's restroom cause it was so dirty and for what so yall won't put air in the brand new tires that we got from yall like wow.

Went to buy some used tires and off the back the guy with the several tattoos greated us rudely. I asked to see the used tires for a small tire toyota car, which he priced at 40 each. When he brought them, they were worse than the ones i had on the car. I have no problems with ppl with tattoos before someone says im stereotyping nor do i mind used tires bc i buy them alot. When i told him if he could d0 35 instead of 40, he walked away speaking in spanish telling the other employee to take them back bc these dumbasses t going to buy it

This shop has got some of the friendliest staff and it shows. They’re knowledgeable and they don’t seem like the shop that’s in it for just the money. They had my car serviced with great time management and communicated with me throughout the process and it just left me feeling at ease. I’m not car savvy so I like going somewhere where the atmosphere is welcoming and the work is done efficiently and this shop just has it all. Thank you all and can’t wait to continue my business here when needed and I will absolutely recommend them.

Very quick and helpful. I came for a used tire, the main guy was helpful (definitely trying to upsell me on new tires, but hey I get it, most places do that). The guy that fixed my tire was really good, he actually figured out that my stem was leaking, so I didn't even have to buy a tire, just fix my stem. Thanks guys! Edit: regarding people saying they take a while? No... I was there Monday at noon, there were 1 or 2 other customers, and like 5 employees. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

My light came on informing me I had low tire pressure. I added air twice but still I could tell something was not right. I called ahead and confirmed operating hours. When I arrived I talked to J.R. and he told me he would be ready in about 10 minutes and he was. He confirmed I did have a nail in my tIre and it was fixed in less than 20 minutes. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by the proactive, kind and genuine customer service provided by Marco and JR! I had a minor accident exiting the freeway, spun in a 360 and knocked my tire completely off the rim. This tire shop was 30 ft away. I had no money & told the manager but they put my tire back on the rim AND plugged a small nail hole I was unaware of!!! I'd have been stranded if it wasn't for this place. I live in ft worth, 40 miles away and didn't have anyone I could call for help. This place deserves 10 stars.

I've been a Dallas resident for a year now, and it was hard to find a mechanic shop that I could trust. I only received an oil change from them, but I will be back again for future auto care. I was on my way home from work at 7 at night and hit a massive pothole on the highway.. had to pull onto the service road and just happen to stop right in front of this shop. I had planned on sitting there until my boyfriend could come and change my tire. I got lucky because the owner of the shop was still there and came out and was so nice and changed my tire in the cold and rainy weather!!!!

I went by today because my tire was low. The guys showed me that my two front tires were BAD and that I could have had a blow out, they also told me I needed my alignment done. I got a flat tire on I35E and got stuck on the side of the highway. I could not change my tire because one bolt was stripped. I called Freeway Tire Shop and they came within minutes with an impact wrench and freed up the bolt. They even reduced their charge because I was so close. They were friendly and professional. I will use them again.

Just got new tire put on, balance, and alignment. Shop did a great job and I was impressed with having me in and out in under an hour or so. Super small oversight had me come back but JR was quick to correct and ensure I left happy! Excellent service and they stand behind their work! I will definitely return for my tire needs!

Poor service. Went there to get my front end lube service. You know "zerk" fittings. These guys only lubed up the ball joints and control arms. Tie rod ends are dry idler arm pitman arm dry. $34.99 for half the work and at that I waited almost and hour. Poor service and at that there hwere at least 6 guys in there hurdled up.
