Posting for my Grandmother Eileen -- My First time dealing with French was transferring my parents pre-paid burial to them. I really loved the representative who was caring and knowledgeable. She provided information and I actually signed up for a Prepaid Burial plan and would recommend this to everyone. My mom passed first 2021 and everything went very smoothly. It was during covid so the services were small and French was there to assist every step of the way . Mr Glen Zachery and staff were respectful, caring and very helpful. My dad just passed in September. His was a bigger service and military. Because he had a prepaid Burial plan, Mr. Zachery was able to provide us with the type of coffin and burial service our dad had chosen. All went very beautiful. Again we were treated with respect, and everyone showed much caring towards the family and everyone. They are available at anytime, return calls right away - provide information and assist with making sure everything is done. I highly recommend French Funerals and Cremation to anyone.

I never thought I'd be the one doing my Mom's funeral arrangements. It was the most confusing and hardest thing I ever done. Anyway, when I called at 5am, French Funeral (WEST) took care of my Mom, me and my family in the most sensitive and respectful way. From the start to when I finally took her home in her beautiful Urn, they took care of us. They helped with my question and concerns and even did a therapy session to help my children losing their Grandma. I can't express the level of gratitude I have for them. When the family, especially the grandbabies, saw my Mom in her final resting. She was beautiful and looked like she was sleeping. I cannot remember her name but I thank her for lovely work and attention to detail. She did a beautiful job and should be much more appreciated. Thank you. God Bless!

French Funerals & Cremations has proven to me that there is still a business that truly cares about their clients. This could have been an experience that added to my grief of loosing my dad, but this company took amazing care of everything. The staff was respectful and available whenever I had questions. I was provided with resources to handle my grief by this company. I received phone calls to check on me and see if there was anything they could do to assist me. I was truly relieved of so much of the burden because they were there to walk me through it all. As far as prices went… very very reasonable and not at anytime was there sales pitches or focus on money. I have had to bury 3 family members in my life and this was a very stress free, smooth, and caring funeral company that cares.

I had such a wonderful helpful experience with Frenchs Funerals and Creamations. John B. was very compassionate, kind, informative and helpful. When my Uncle made it to the service just minutes before it was over John opened up a side room where my Uncle and family could view my Mother and say their last goodbyes. I am incredibly grateful for the work John and his team do. Barbara and Lori with After Care, were very kind and assisted in completing actions that must be taken after a loved one passes away. We devastatingly and unexpectedly lost my father and my brother and I were tasked with planning a funeral while dealing with so much grief. This is something we have never dealt with before and I can honestly say that I don’t think we could have done it without French and specifically Joanne. She walked us through every step and she took care of 99% of the planning, which was such a burden off our shoulders. The facility and chapel are beautiful. It was a beautiful and perfect service for my very special dad. They also offer a lot of free services after the funeral to help with estate planning and grief management. I highly recommend

This is our 3rd time using The French mortuary in Alb NM and each and every time the entire staff were kind, caring and thoughtful to all our needs. The care and service French Mortuary gave us our family was wonderful. Everyone there was kind, professional and very understanding on what we wanted for our Mother. The choice to use this funeral home went from very good to terrible after my husband, Harry Huntington, was laid to rest. Joanne K. Was our funeral planner. I would like to say; people read everything in the packet that is given to the family as the planning takes place. Maybe someone that is working with families in their time of grief should take the time to READ what is included in those packets. Currently waiting for a call back from manager, but so far no luck.

The care, attention and compassion Joanne provide during the most difficult time is above and beyond. Joanne assisted in honoring my late husband's love of life. At times she helped me take moments for myself that I'm forever be grateful for. The Aftercare Program helped me understand the steps I needed to take to settle my husband's affairs. There questions and kindness we're truly caring and attentive.

They were so kind and wonderful during this difficult time of losing our baby. Especially Joanne and Paul. They showed compassion and professionalism. Everything was beautiful inside and outside the building. Very peaceful. Very clean. They took care of us and our baby in every way that they should have and could have. I highly recommend them.

I worked with, and am still working with a funeral director named Joann. I can't tell you how wonderful and considerate she is. She is so helpful.
