The Management of Frenchoice Mall needs to give some of their Staffs reorientation of how to speak with a customer, especially one of the lady cashier she's nasty with words know courtesy at all... The male staffs are polite and attends to you when they are called upon. I was not pleased with the way the guy at the cake stand attended to my wife and I... I am a regular customer. I bought a perfume today and on reaching home I tried to use it and it was empty and they collected my receipt at the door of the supermarket i have the transfer made with proof and there are telling me there’s nothing they can do after saying we shouldn’t spray the perfume until purchased …

A nice place to shop. Down part of it,is that it takes a long time before to stock a product when finished and when the product is stock back an increment in price comes with it. Also the four payment station hardly work,so you have to que before you pay for items purchased.

It's a decent place to shop and it is easy to locate. It is opposite Total Petrol station. It may not be easily noticeable as the junction is quite busy. However, the location is good - one can easily find transportation to the Ajah, Epe and Akodo axis.

Definitely a one-stop shop for all commodities, ranging from skincare, food, drinks, toys, snacks, both local and international products can be found in this store. Easily accessible but with a small parking space.
