We took our boy in for a free dental check up as he wasn’t eating his food. Dr Charlene advised us that our Boston was in need of some serious dental work - needed 3 teeth pulled and his gums were infected. She gave him an injection to clear up the bacterial infection and meds for pain. I was emailed a detailed breakdown of costs before agreeing to surgery and 2 days later he had over 8 teeth removed!! Dr Charlene and her staff were amazing from beginning to end. I was told exactly what to do before surgery and debriefed after the surgery. The staff are friendly, efficient and caring and genuinely have your pets best interest at heart! I also didn’t feel like I was been taken for a ride with the costs as we all know how expensive vet bills can be! These guys are now my preferred vet and I won’t be going anywhere else.

This is by far the most ethical vet I have been too. My cat got a tick and was having trouble walking. Last year I had a similar problem and took the cat to a local vet in Brookvale and was charged $1000+. I called Frenchs Forest and they quoted $500. I brought my cat in and the vet did an examination and told me I could leave the cat with them but he believed the cat would make it through the night at home. He said if the cat deteriorated in the morning to bring him in. As it turned out the cat made a full recovery over the next week at home. The vet could have easily scared me into leaving my cat and paying the $500 but he didn’t. It cost me $80 for the consult. Great experience!

Our family have been coming to this veterinary clinic for nearly 20 years - the team have treated all our animals from rabbits, chickens to cats and dogs and the service has always been extremely professional, friendly and reassuring. The vets have a very calm manner about them and really care about the animals. Our dog in particular is a bit of anxious, scared dog and he was completely calm and happy at our recent appointment and not stressed at all which I was pleasantly surprised by. The team are super helpful - I would highly rrecommend using them for all your pet needs

I have two pet rabbits and we have been coming to Frenchs Forest Veterinary Hospital for a few years now. The team has always been great but we first met Vet Zoe for the first time yesterday. She was incredibly thorough and professional and so lovely. My pets were so calm around her and the whole experience was fantastic. Thank you to the whole team at French's Forest Vet Hospital. Took my 2 Labs to the Hospital for checkups and vaccinations. It was our first time using FFVH, and the booking process was simple. On the day Zoe did a comprehensive check of both Umeko and Levi, discussed a few questions and issues I raised, and told me what vaccines the dogs were receiving. Sensational attitude, and very caring. Highly recommend the French's Forest Vet Clinic if you live even remotely locally.

These guys are the best - REALLY - if I had a dead cat, dog, turtle, lizard, whale, snake, been, fly, ant, ferret, bunny, tiger, leopard, falcon, Robin, Batman, Catwoman, Aquaman, Superman, (but not Hulk and not Iron Man - too many bits), crustacean, squid, octopus, or girlfriend - they have a bin out back that is as big as a skip and smells like the personification of evil death - highly recommended

I have been going to Forest Vets for Nine years and wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are the best! Hands down, they are honest conservative and practical, but don't come to them if you want some sugar coated service that makes you feel good, but bears no relation to your animals wellbeing! The staff here are very caring and professional.

We have taken both our dogs to Frenchs Forest Vet Hospital and have always come away delighted with the experience. All staff are very caring and dedicated to the animals and, as a result, our beautiful dogs have lived happy, healthy lives, a fact for which we are grateful. Dr Ben Yap treated my guinea pigs for sarcoptic mange a few months ago - I was so so worried about them and thought we would be in for a long battle but he was fantastic and cleared them up so quickly. We're lucky to have such a trustworthy, knowledgable and skilled Vet as Ben close-by

Our pets have been patients for many years. Today we visited with 2yo 45kg Zeus the Rottweiler, who does not like vets. Michael and his team were very understanding, flexible, gave great care, diagnosed the problem quickly, and our big boy is on the mend.

I am sorry I cannot write a positive review. I have been attending this vet since the 1960s, but the service is not the same anymore, nor do some of the vets appear as good as the old ones. I am going somewhere else.

Popped in here today, staff were super nice and friendly. Even my furry friend was happy, or maybe it was that jar of treats she was eyeing up - They really look after you and make you feel at ease

What more can i say, Ben is an extremely insightful and helpful veterinarian. He provided some quick and ultimately accurate assistance with our new kitten who had some tummy troubles.
