My elderly mom who has mobility challenges desperately needed a haircut. She has naturally curly hair that’s thinning from medication. I inquired about a cut and had choices of stylists with different experiences, education and Tito g techniques as well as treatments to help Mom’s scalp and hair. I chose Carmen and both, Mom and I, are so thankful. She was so kind, patient, didn’t rush but worked efficiently. I explained how I wanted it cut and she confirmed and checked in to make sure we were satisfied with what she was doing. I almost cried when she was finished. Mom looked beautiful and her hair looked fresh, moisturized and healthy again. The cut is exactly what I wanted and mom loves it. Mom’s 99.9% happy and wants to come back to town for her next cut! Love this salon and won’t go anywhere else! I just had my hair done by Riley. She’s extremely knowledgeable about hair care and hair products. Throughout my haircut, she explained what she was doing and why. I learned more about hair in one appointment with her than I’ve learned over decades! Definitely worth it. I was getting a fabulous haircut and hair tutorial at once. I left feeling glamorous with shiny, bouncy locks, a nice change from my typical somewhat haggard appearance. Riley truly worked miracles with my hair. I highly recommend the fusion hair treatment with her. Book her fast! I have a feeling she will become too popular soon and it’ll be hard to book her at all, as has happened with so many amazing practitioners. Keep up the great work!

the haircut I got here was fine and the lady was very nice and knowledgeable but my fringe was cut extremely badly.. I showed a picture of what I wanted for reference and mentioned I use a curler/roller but I got given short bangs barely below my eyebrows and when I tried to style it at home, it went above my eyebrows.. whenever I ask for side swept bangs, my past stylist typically would start the cut below my eyes and slowly go up asking if I'm ok with the length but mine was cut immediately short to my eyebrows... I'm very sad about the result because I can't do much to fix it myself since it was cut too short. wouldn't recommend this place to asians cause I don't think they know how thicker hair works :(

I had the pleasure of having Carmen work on my hair for the very first time. She did an amazing job. I came in wanting a specific look. I don't enjoy going to salons because I've rarely walked out with a haircut that I like. However, when I began to explain what I wanted, Carmen responded with questions and reaffirming comments that indicated she might actually understand what I wanted. And throughout the cut, she explained what she was doing to make sure we were on the same page. When she was done, I had a haircut that I genuinely liked! I just love my cut and colour!! Carmen was really great and personable, she really broke down the expense of everything that we would be doing to my hair. Firstly, thank you, Annette and Rafailia, for your amazing work! Called in to see when the earliest booking for my 2 girls would be. And they were able to get both in within 30 mins!! Prices were really good but the Service was phenomenal! Everyone was very friendly and made both my girls feel confident before and after their cuts! I am so happy with my haircut by Rafailia! She was very professional, knowledgable and efficient during my visit. She also recommended me great products to use afterwards, personalized to my needs. My only note is regarding appointment booking: ideally, I would appreciate some type of appointment confirmation system - either by email or text. I booked my appointment by phone this time, not sure if there is confirmation if I booked online instead. Either way I will definitely be returning!

I came in on short notice to get my hair done for a special evening and was greeted with amazing respect. My stylist was Angelica, & she was absolutely amazing making sure I was always comfortable. She is amazing & truly made my hair experience better, she recommended some products that will help me hair to restore it back to health which it needed. Julie was very friendly and personable! She cut my hair exactly how I asked and it was cut in a way that I was able to style it the same when I got home. This was the the first cut I have ever had that I didn’t have wash it as soon as I got home because of too much product or I just couldn’t stand the way it was styled. I would definitely recommend Julie to my family and friends!! The atmosphere was fresh (no pun intended ) and vibrant. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Worst experience ever, called ahead an provided services I needed was given a quote for the blow out and style then when in chair price started climbing for roll brush and flat iron. They also charge you more based on stylist experience. Buyer beware! I walked out. Ive been using product and getting blow outs for years in many different cities while vacationing. Surprise pricing once you enter. Thanks for lying on phone and wasting my time. Shady business practices.

Jenna was so amazing! She assessed my hair health and gave me so much great advice and recommendations, while keeping in mind my main concerns and budget. She was upfront about the cost of everything too. Super fun to talk to, relatable, and she gave me a new, fresh hair cut just as I had wanted. This was my first but definitely not the last visit to this salon. Parking is easy and very accessible. It's lovely inside, bright, impeccably clean and beautifully done. I was at the Ellerslie location and found the staff super kind and helpful with all my questions. I saw Rafailia who was amazing! I really had no idea what I wanted done save for cut it short and she did a great job. Since I've never had short hair she also gave me some styling tips on how to recreate a couple styles. Rafy was awesome! I've been wanting to get bangs for the longest time. As it was my very first time to try bangs, she helped me in the consultation and she recommended curtain bangs--they turned out so well and I feel so confident! She took great care during my styling and also helped me with my questions, especially on tips on how to style my hair moving forward. My experience with her was such a cherry on top of my day!

I found Rafialla did a great job with my daughters hair and she was lovely. However considering it was a kids cut, I was not expecting such a high price. I found the salon a bit pricey but the cut was definately very good and my daughter and I both loved the cut. She even did a quick haor scrub and the straight blow dry finish allowed for us to see the haircut as her hair is curly.

I use this Salon for years - well over a decade if not almost 2. My initial hairstylist is no longer here but found Nicole. She is always friendly, has great skills and listens actively. Easy to connect with even after a few months not seeing her. Great experience every time !! Always receive lots of compliments. Highly recommend and worth every dollar !!

I love going to see Raffy. This is my second time visiting her and both times I have felt very comfortable and very heard by her. She has helped me get my hair back to being healthy and when I ask for a trim she is very honest about how much she cuts off. Carmen was awesome! I came in for a cut and foils. After talking to Carmen about what colour I was hoping to achieve, she suggested I try balayage on my hair instead, which I had never tried before. She also suggested the best colour to work with my existing hair colour. My hair turned out amazing and I am super thrilled about the results!!

Nichole is the best hair dresser that i had in edmonton.. I got what i asked for!!!!! So happy and satisfied with my cut that was earlier ruined by someone else 2 weeks ago.
