Place is good if you have nowhere else to study Pros1. Conveniently located 2.washrooms are smelly but relatively cleaner than other libraries esp ber sarai area 3.plenty of food joints are nearby though unhygienic 4.theres a park opposite to the building where u can sit and relax or eat 5 relatively soundproof than other libraries 6 very fast internet Cheaper than similar libraries in rajendar nagar but nearby libraries charge similarly 700/month type Cons 1.congested. Too much furniture especially the lockers at entrance .desk space is barely enough for 1text book. Impossible to use laptop even with 1notebook 2. Inner room has water/sewage pipes over it..you can regularly hear the flushing sound 3. They don’t refund your money if you want to discontinue. Best pay on daily/monthly bases. I paid for 6 months but went for only 2. Had to give up entire amount as the owner refused to refund 4.no parking space.vehicles parked in street are regularly damaged by people..scratch etc 5. Entire basement parking is full of dingy sewage smell. 6. They don’t stop people from leaving books behind. Entire library looks like a kabadi shop. 7. Some people eat inside it and fill the library with paratha smell. Management does nothing. Go there only for silence and internet

The library offers a cool and refreshing environment, but restroom, it becomes noisy and disruptive at night due to unknown individuals entering between 2 am to 3 am. It is unclear if they are library patrons. Additionally, I experienced a loss of my sandal during I stay at night in restroom, and the library CCTV has not investigated the matter. To address the issue of disturbance in the library restroom at night, it would be beneficial for the library to implement the following measures: 1. Inform the librarians about the importance of maintaining a quiet environment in the restroom during their rest period. 2. Conduct periodic checks to identify individuals using the restroom and verify if they are library patrons or not, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for the librarians.

Friend’s library is setting up new standards for a library. It is really good for students who are preparing for competitive exams without any disturbance. Library's bio-metric system gives access only to registered students means no unnecessary person can get inside. Chairs are very comfortable and each table has pin board and light attached to it. And last but not the least administrators are very cooperative and try to sort out student’s problem as quickly as possible. Thanks to Friends Library.

5star, sorry sir but it will be too much... Anyways one of the finest library in south Delhi.. and seriously, a good environment, comfortable furniture, and the best thing is, it is in basement, so no external noises are disturb.... By the way, sir, there is some features you must include, means never I got magazine, newspapers.... Otherwise all is good..... Happy to studying here..... Thanks sir, it means a lot......

They never give security money back. I kept calling, and messaging and going to their office. They say kept saying will send your security money back but never did and then i let that go. They did this to many people. It s not even about money but shows how they exploit students there. Of course they will say i am a competetor.

It is quite comfortable with sufficient facilities required for a student to study. Best part is it's open 24 hours.No safety issue.Students can keep their stuffs unattended if they are going for break and all .It's quite convenient .A Good aura is required to study well which I found in Friends Library.

Environment is good for studying and there is not so much rush of students and facilities like wifi,water or clean toilets are there. Librarian always there to resolve your issues. Additionally they will make you wait about a month for your refund and if you don't push them they will not give it back.

The Library has an excellent environment for students. However, during summer days the AC remains off during morning and evening hours when the staff is not available. It is suffocating and difficult to study under these circumstances.
