Unfortunately tonight 10/4 Good Friday my experience at your establishment was not even worth 1 star rating. It was organized chaos . You have excellent fish & chips that is why I purchase weekly. I placed an order at 5.30 today and was told it would be ready in 50 mins understandable due to date. Arrived at 6.30 when I go to pay for my order the guy with the beard , he usually does deliveries told me I couldnt pay until my order was ready no problem I went outside to wait , I waited quietly and patiently. At just after 7.30 when police arrived a female member of your staff came out and said only online orders were being filled all phone orders unless already paid for were being cancelled I told her I had tried to pay an hour prior and was told I had to wait till my order was ready , too bad says she its cancelled and says we are 2 hours behind then she has to indicate to the police officer to come over to me. Damed disgusting and yes I am beyond angry, how dare she treat me like that. Your business was totally disorganised tonight not good enough.

Been buying my family’s food from this shop since they opened but refuse to buy from there again. The standards have certainly dropped. Received raw salmon in my order. Specially requested for the salmon to be cooked well since I was feeding it to my children and in my last visit I received a cheese burger rather than the burger that I ordered. I was very specific and clear when placing my order in person and I had the staff member repeat the order back to me before processing my payment. After I arrived home to eat dinner with my family and realised that it was the wrong burger, I called and complained to the manager and said that I wanted the burger I ordered. He actually had the nerve to say that the burger I requested was a few dollars more and wanted for me to pay the extra $2/$3 for the new burger. The inconvenience of having to go out and have to get the burger I ordered, miss out on eating with my family and having the gore to ask me for a extra couple of dollars has entirely put me off from ever buying there again. Disgusted.

I ordered dinner from here and the food was absolutely amazing! The food was really fresh and the staff were very nice and friendly. I ordered a family pack, 2 burgers with the lot and some drinks. The chips were so nice and crispy and the potato cakes were huge and the burgers were so nice!!. I will definitely be back with my family.

Soggy and little to none salt Missing some potato cakes Fish was dry Got two mixed souvlaki’s and got two lamb souvlakis Vegetables were soggy meat was dry Barely anything in the wraps on all four souvlakis Was supposed to be garlic sauce but I’m not even sure what sauce was on them I’ve never experienced having food this horrible in my life before and for $100 worth of food you would think it would be cooked and prepared properly Won’t be going back for food that’s for sure Used to enjoy frilled but service has gotten horrible

I'd like to give this place zero stars but it won't allow me. The first time we went to Frilled Fresh we had to wait over 45 minutes for two burger meals; the food was average. The second time i went there alone to get a burger, all the lettuce pieces in the burger were brown. Unfortunately i still ate the burger and had instant diarrhoea in my car and i had to drive home fast to use the toilet. The exact same thing happened to my brother and his mates a week later when his mates insisted that they go there. This place shouldn't be allowed to be called frilled fresh since they use rotten vegetables and old meat.

We had fish and chips last night . Nice clean shop great customer service and food was amazing also burgers were juicy! We found our new fish shop !! Very convenient we placed our order, went to Coles quickly to grab a bit of shopping as we returned back our food was ready packed in a box ready to go, thanks guys

Very disappointing. We ordered paid had the order confirmed. Well they call only to tell us they don’t deliver to Eynesbury. Then we are told they can’t refund our money we have to call Zwift. We called then told to call Frilled. I said they don’t refund. He said call frilled I told him they’ve don’t refund. Well he hung up on me. Then my daughter called him back and he said you have to wait 4 days for a refund. Great customer service. Good food is great but bad customer service is unacceptable

We have purchased from Frilled regularly for many years however, the meal we received tonight was the most disgusting meal we have ever received. They forgot some of our order, it was completely cold and most of it could not be eaten. We noticed they have upgrade their website however, downgraded the food. After being charged almost $20 for deliver, platform fees and other hidden fees we will not be ordering again. Don’t waste your money.

First and last! Order 4 pack of f+c and a chix souvlaki. Chips is very little to none, souvlaki only a few chix wrap in overcooked wrap+ "dead salad". As u pressed the souvlaki in what's felt like sandwich presser, you not only killed the salad but also the wrap stucked in the foil! No real tomatoes, seem to be bottled or can tomatoes or radish, yuck!!! No flavour in the chips and undet cooked fish (we have to recooked it again) Never again!!!

Absolutely appalled with the service tonight… the girl serving me was so annoying, I had to repeat myself at least 3 times before she finally heard what I wanted to order, she was extremely slow! Could hardly understand her, her voice sounds like a child. We hire children now? What is this. Food is great and the other servers are amazing, but this? At least tone your voice down mate, I’m deaf enough as it is! Other than that, best fish and chip place to go!

Been here a few times but today I had to say something. $12 for a lot burger, chips and a can is fair, if the chips are cooked. The burger was ok but nothing special. The service is often cold and short, I haven't yet seen friendly like some of the other reviews. Agree with another reviewer here, there has been No Eftpos for over a year now, which always screams tax evasion to me. It was my last visit today

I just went there and ordered for steamed dim sims they always put only the minimum splash of soy sauce and as they are preparing it for you and handing it to you and then you pay and then they tell you that it's an extra $0.50 I think they should be telling you before when you order it's a joke I will never go there again that topped it for me they were just getting worse and worse

Thanks to frilled , I don't have to buy cooking oil for my house for a week. So much oil in chips , I can understand little bit oil , that's normal. But there was too much oil mate . There fish and everything else tastes good , just oily chips put me off.

I've just found out about Frilled fresh and I've already ordered the same thing twice food is amazingly delicious FRESH produce! (I can taste it in the fish which i had in a burger batter is perfect, even salted perfectly. I am a Kiwi we love our fish n chips, best I've ever had, highly recommend!!! The worst fish and chips in Melton payed 2.90 for a prawn that was more like a shrimp chips tasted old and stale(dirty oil), I wont be going back any time soon, anyone giving this place a 5 star rating obviously owns or works there, I had to wait in store for the food to be done, dont lie just admit that the food was rubbish maybe you will learn from this...

Forget what I said about any other fish & chip joint. This is the winner. I just bought me a snapper and it's the most fresh fish I have had in 5 years of being in OZ. The fish we ordered was butterfish, the fish we got was so full of massive bones, it was not butterfish, it stunk and was absolutely inedible. Chips were nice. Even the cats wouldn't eat it. Beans with toast went down a treat. I'm also still surprised that they STILL have no eftpos working.... Not worked in years. Ever thought of having it serviced.

Order a few pack f&c ( w pot cakes and dimsims) chips is next to extinction and no flavour. The fish unfortunately under cooked. To the replier! we actually wait in the shop!!! Drop your ego, mate!!! We support local business 100% but not ppl w too big of ego!!

I ordered a $13 burger and went to pay with my card. They said its a $15 min if paying by card. Thats plain greedy. I canceled my order and walked out. Just trying to squeeze money out of customers and making them buy more than they want. $5 or $10 i can understand. But $15. Nothing but greed.

Eaten fish from here before but tonight's fish, butterfisfx2 and flake was dreadful. Terribly dissapointed. The fish comprised of very small fish and at least 80% batter. Sorry guys but no thanks. Dissappointed ++++

All i can say is wow! Was served promptly and was greeted with a smile! and was showed the upmost respect all the way though my order! The Dim sims were cooked perfectly and the flake was yum! Recommend to all!

Nice fish batter under cooked and potato cakes are mass produced elsewhere not hand made like other fish shops.. Banana fritter was uneatable tasted like dry flour gave us a really bad after-taste .

The fish was great, but unfortunately the spring roll was very soggy, and the chips too, usually its much better.

Sooo slow. Never known it to take 15 mins for 2 souvlakis. Not as if they were busy, and they sat on the shelf for 5 minutes before she bothered to give them to me.

I could go into detail but why bother. Are you actually proud of your food? Do you eat it yourselves and if so have been anywhere else to try something...anything?

Good sized piece of fish for the price it was also wrapped in silver foil which made it more convenient to eat in the car and also keep the heat in.
