Best customer service. The staff always goes beyond amazing hospitality. I'm glad to see Frost bank open a location closer to Katy. Hopefully they will open one in Katy soon and bring this locations staff with.
Really like the secured atm office,accessible only with Frost bank card. I have yet to step inside and meet/greet the staff in person, but definitely great first impressions.
Perder el tiempo. Mal banco. Mala atención. Y de paso está cerrado mientras que aquí dice que los sábados abren hasta las 2 pm. Que pérdida de tiempo.
