The best gym I've ever been to. From Day one I felt comfortable, and I'm not a gym-rat. The trainers are completely accepting, everyone is welcome. They all care and show their personality while keeping us on track with the Matrix system. It is a solid place to work hard, have fun and build health. The fitness system here helps prevent injuries while building strength, balance and stamina. At 57 I am in better shape than I have been in since high school, (and I plan on going past that)!
Fulcrum Fitness is great! I felt comfortable as a newbie to this type of workout (more functional fitness vs. isolation exercises or strictly cardio) when I joined the gym several months ago. The FitPro's are awesome and always have your safety in mind. For folx looking for something different than the traditional weight lifting or group fitness class, Fulcrum is the place for you!
I have been going to Fulcrum for almost six months now and it has been an incredible experience. The trainers really know what they are talking about and know how to motivate you at the gym. The workouts are different and challenging every day. I noticed a change in my strength and fitness really quickly after joining Fulcrum. I really feel excited about working out again.
Dalene's class on Mon and Fri mornings is fabulous. Exactly what I need. It's helped to make me feel strong and confident. The Wed morning class while a different instructor is also wonderful. These classes are making us seniors better able to walk our journey in style!
I love this gym! I have been going here for two years and love how strong and fit I've become. They do a great job of working with your current abilities and altering works to fit your needs. They achieve the perfect balance between a tough but doable workout.
Great staff, easygoing, friendly members. I always have fun and work way harder than I would on my own. The programming is very good and well balanced for overall fitness and injury prevention. I feel safe working out during COVID because of the outdoor space.
The variety of exercises keep me motivated! The team is great, their app is easy to schedule classes, and overall it's been such a positive experience with Fulcrum Fitness. Even in group classes the instructors help you achieve your most optimal workout!
This gym is great and caters to everyone! With a range of classes that change up daily, and a group of fantastic trainers that are there to assist, you are going find your place to better health and fitness... and have fun while doing it!
Super inclusive space! I joined last year after falling into serious disrepair during the pandemic and I’ve gotten so much stronger without being injured. No body talk and tons of support from trainers and other regulars!
One of the best gyms in Portland! Fulcrum workout classes are challenging, but attainable for all! Great instructors! Ran by the best!
