You will find a similar review from me at most of the FunCity’s around Abu Dhabi. As they all suffer from the same management and maintenance issues in all play areas in the FunCity Abu Dhabi locations. The play area in Al Seef Village Funville has some of the nicest and friendliest workers. I love the area because it’s never really busy on Friday mornings. The 100 dirham 100 day promotion in the play area that started in the summer of 2017 was one of the best promotions FunCity has put forward in its history. My son has been enjoying it ever since. That being said, because of the popularity of this promotion, understandingly there is a lot of pressure on the play areas due to the high traffic of customers taking their kids there. HERE is the problem... because of the increase of children, a lot of the play area is getting damaged, AND THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING. I swear the trampoline here has been out of service for at least 8 months. Other areas are closed off because of damages for as just as long (see the pictures I’ve attached). The sponge ball vacuums have been broken for several months as well. Some of these areas are now just danger hazards honestly. I’m sorry but this is bad management because they are making more money due to higher traffic yet they don’t fix anything... they are pretty much admitting that they do not care about the children or their safety, they only care about money. And what’s even worse is that they increased the price of admission from 100 dirham to 130 dirham STILL WITHOUT FIXING anything. That is just wrong and plain greedy. How are they going to increase the price without offering anything new? Or at very least invest in better maintenance? This is just bad business. Management should be ashamed. Because the lowest I can give is one star, I’ll justify it by saying it’s towards the friendly staff that are stationed at this location.

When we lived in Mangrove One, this was a regular weekend spot for the children to play. Slides are great, and the floating ball area. It is not huge but there is enough to entertain young children for up to an hour when it is hot outside with video games for older children.

A bit small yet it serves the needed my baby loves it... The thing that they don't add anything new and the things there are aging too fast.. Hope that they'll do some reinnovation to the place kids get bored quickly

happy place for my toddler, whenever we need a quick off-screen activity for my kid during weekdays then we go here such a cozy place to roam around with carrefour express, mcdonald, coffe shops, gym…

Dirty and not well maintained. There’s no way that ball pit has been cleaned. My poor daughter fell sick the next day. Come to think it all public toilets are dirty in Al Seef Mall.

Very friendly staff, there is a play area where you can use your membership, but restricted number of games, funday Monday but no offers on Thursday

A nice place for little ones not so much crowded you can now get a card for 3 months for 99 aed free entry all the 3 months multiple entry

The place is so cozy and limited rides for kids, I haven’t tried yet soft play area but it looks big from outside

Bad service and the stuff not helpful and they talk to customers in bad way I asked for manager not coming
