Was not happy and Impressed. I bought 2x R250 tickets for my 2kids. They each went on 2 rides at the Mitchell's Plain DSTV festival this evening.. Went on the other side to get something to eat and watch the shows, when we went back for the kids to ride they said we must buy tickets because they can not go on the rides with the R250 wrist band which is suppose to be for the whole day /night until the event was finished at 11pm.When buying the tickets the staff does not inform us that after 10pm the kids cannot go on any ride. If they had to inform me then I would have not bought the R250 ticket which costed me R500 for both. The manager in charge was also very rude. Very bad service as I was not the only parent upset as there were plenty more parents. They are a total rip off. Poor kids crying to go on the rides.
