Amazing, friendly service. Terry was very helpful, we walked in, he showed us what we needed. Awesome, sturdy, quality yet reasonably priced Australian made product. We purchased a bed base this time and he was able to show me the quality and thickness of the timber and then the sturdy, non slip covering on top to seal the base. When we have purchased bed based from elsewhere, (we forgot they were there!), they break because the slats are so flimsy and the thin timber running down the middle doesn't support much at all. We have purchased many items of furniture from them now, beds, table and chairs, lounge suites, dining suite, and have been completely satisfied with the lot. Well done on your top quality service and advice as well as your top quality products. We will definitely be back. Terry was so helpful I even found out where to get size 15 and 16 Mens shoes from! Terry is 6 foot 4 and so is our son! Sooo helpful...just over and above what you expect from staff... exceeding in service!

I happened to see electric beds when checking to see if Vance had a cupboard we could purchase for our social club. I asked many questions, Vance answered them very honestly. I said I would come back and look into it further. I’m sure he thought he would never see me again but after two weeks I returned. I tried each of the beds and wasn’t 100% sold on the mattresses. I tried one very similar to the one I gave at home and loved it. I was devastated as I thought there’s no way this mattress can go on the electric bed, Vance rang the company who were more than happy to make the adjustments to the mattress I preferred so I will be receiving the electric bed with the mattress I loved. I am one extremely happy customer and I don’t even have the bed yet. I think I’ll be on cloud nine when the whole package is complete for me to sleep on. I have now had my electric bed a week. I am so happy with it. Thank you so much to Vance and Nathan for delivering and installing it. I have only had one coughing fit since I started sleeping on it and that was in the morning. When I was using pillows to keep in a sitting position I was coughing all night. This bed has been so beneficial to me, it is the best money I’ve spent in a long time. I love the mattress and I thank you again Vance for checking out if we could have the changes made to it so I could have it on the electric bed. I messaged them on Facebook and they got back to me faster then expected and stated, I asked 10 questions and they answered and had wonderful patients with me, and then in store was another great experience, I didn't like the mattress I had picked it and still they were patient with me, I was being a pain but everyone was so lovely and funny, made it easier to decided what I needed, I have high anxiety when it comes to doing things on my own, I really appreciate this wonderful company from online staff to instore staff, everyone spoke highly of each other as well, showing amazing team work!

When me and my partner broke down on the freeway, Vance stopped to help. We didn’t flag him down he just noticed we were in need, We were just about to organise a costly towing when he said “wait here” and left to return with supplies and get us back on the road, he saved the day and asked for nothing in return. I was looking for a dining setting.. None of the mainstream stores had anything in my price range that was of decent quality.. I not only got a great table (all I had to do was attach the legs), but I chose a different set of chairs to match my taste.. I am extremely happy with my purchase and paid a better price than I expected.. The chairs were already assembled and they are very well made.. I had the entire set delivered for a minimal cost.. I would certainly recommend this establishment as an alternative to the mainstream available..

Great store at really great prices. Excellent customer service. Matt and his team were patient and knew their job well. Even when I had to alter the time for delivery, they were very accommodating. The guyz who delivered the couch were very patient and made sure I was happy with how the suite was placed, etc. They set it up and took the packaging away too. Delivery and installation was smooth. Would go back and purchase with my eyes closed. The quality seems to be really good.

How Awesome that these guys ran a Facebook competition and I was one of the Lucky Winners, my hubby and I went up to check out the place, Wow pleasantly surprised by the quality of Furniture Bedding and Mattresses on show. We couldn’t believe how Big the store is, we’ve noticed it coming off the Freeway a number of times. Wish we’d have checked it out sooner. They have a very good collection at reasonable/affordable prices. Their staff are knowledgeable and gave us genuine advice on the selection, quality and how to care for the products. During the lock down their Facebook handle was attended by a representative who was very kind and patient to send pictures of their products so we could shop online through FB messenger. Very patiently answered all queries that I had. I recommend them.

Good range of bedroom and lounge room furnitures. Well priced mattresses with different ranges. The guys there are very helpful and will look after you with reasonable discounts. It might be hard to find for the first time. Drive down from Middys towars Pet Stock and follow the bright yellow truck. If you follow Google Maps it would take you to the back of the building and there's no access!

We recently purchased a mattress, sofa and armchair from the Furniture and Mattress Depot. We were happy with the prices and are happy with the products. The manager, Vance, was very good to deal with and even delivered the items himself on a rainy Friday evening to ensure we had them as promised. These guys sell off the stuff left over from the previous models, etc. The likes of Harvey Norman need to unload it for new stock space. Sometimes they have just what you're looking for and cheaper than where it was before. Not much staff but helpful.
