Have unfortunately had a poor experience. Customer service was A+ until post payment. We purchased a lounge suite, dining table & 6 dining chairs. The incorrect lounge suite was delivered and upon notifying them, was told delivery for the correct couch wasn’t possible until the following day. They allowed us to use the incorrect lounge suite in the mean time as we got rid of our old lounge suite. We have a young family so it was especially frustrating however we didn’t kick up a fuss. Fast forward to the following day, we are delivered the lounge suite from the floor and not a new one as promised when when purchasing it. I rang and spoke with a lady who told me the manager was only offering an apology and an option to be fully refunded or to put our $ towards a different lounge suite. I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience that your company caused however was denied. We don’t have time or $ to come back and forth to your show room which is a good 45min away to be refunded or to choose another lounge suite (which I assume would take an additional day at minimum to be delivered) when we have been inconvenienced enough! We also can’t afford to be without a lounge suite any longer. If we wanted to specifically purchase a floor piece, we would have done that. We have ultimately purchased & received something that we didn’t intend on. Not once were we told that the lounge suite we bought would be the one on the floor that numerous people have touched and sat on, during a global pandemic mind you. Delivery team were nice enough, however left our home smelling like cigarette. So disappointing considering we have spent a substantial amount of money and aren’t the ones in the wrong.

A+ Customer Service! Couldn’t be more happy with the products I purchased and the prices were very cheap and more than reasonable for Ex-display stock. May I also add to the comment below from Desmond Miles. I was also in the store on the 23rd around mid-day and saw the female staff member serving a couple of people which in my view was not an overwhelming task for one person to handle. The other staff members were busy unloading a truck of furniture for our convenience as customers to purchase. When you shop at Woolworths or Coles there is usually a consistent line of customers per ‘attendant checkout’, do you also complain on google about their service too? Desmond you need to realise it’s a ‘Furniture Outlet’ just like going to a market, there isn’t anyone going to hold your hand and walk you through the store to discuss your items. Head to Harvey Norman or King Furniture next time you want to be nursed and pay 3 times the amount plus a waiting period of a few months for your furniture items.

This place is fantastic!! Sonbul, Michael, Adam and the entire team that I dealt with were absolutely amazing! Sonbul was extremely patient and eager to help and assist, Michael was attentive and helpful on both times I saw him, Adam was helpful and thorough both over the phone and in person, every other person that I spoke to was friendly and had a wonderful energy about them, even the delivery drivers were friendly and called before arrival! When I need more furniture, my first stop will be here and I have already shared my experience with family members who are already keen to visit! Gold star for customer service guys! Well done!!!

These guys are the best. The furniture is fantastic quality and the best prices. As a property stylist my team and I come in here almost every week to grab new furniture. In an area saturated with other furniture stores we are only interested in coming here as the furniture is the best quality and best prices. Our clients love the furniture we buy from here. I came in store this morning and was really disappointed to see one of the workers talking loudly on his mobile while I assume he was on shift? When I was ready to purchase the man had disappeared and there was only one female staff member on the floor serving about 6 customers. She was extremely apologetic and was trying to get more staff members to help her but no-one came out. In the future I would recommend hiring more staff or getting some that will actually help with customers.

A large selection of well priced couches. Would strongly recommend dealing with Mark or Sam. Both very welcoming, knowledgeable and exceptional in their customer service. I was really impressed with both the large selection of furniture items but also the prices. Honestly haven’t found better prices for similar items online. Michael was friendly and really helpful. Gave me genuine suggestions for my needs, not just encouraging me to buy the most expensive thing. Super happy with my dining table and chairs purchase.

Bit of a catfished/click bait situation. They’ve advertised all these tables on sale for this weekend, and I just drove out to the store and literally 90% of the stock is sold, and what’s left is at prices I could get elsewhere, with no damage and a warranty. I’m sure people are getting good deals but it was a complete waste of time for me.

Purchased a bed after being told by a manager the only fault was was some discolouration. Got home to find multiple massive cuts and a few small ones on the inside of the fabric. They also didn’t give us enough screws and bolts to fully assemble the bed. Absolutely not worth the price and the hassle. Do not shop here.

We were disappointed today when visiting ex display furniture today in Dandenong. We were prepared to spend >2K whilst there. Found the staff were too deep in their conversation to even acknowledge our presence and the Items were looking at were well above what they should have been for ex demo stock.

This is a somewhat cluttered shop with an eclectic range of furniture principally seconds and rejects from other furniture shops. They've got some good stuff and some not so good. Check the pieces carefully. The prices are reasonable if you're happy with the quality you're getting.

Assured the tv cabinet would be available soon. 4mths later, still no tv cabinet, ended up buying one at full price from dares. Only buy what's in store. Also no shelf in buffet on delivery, staff have been very uninterested in helping me with that.

You are getting what you are paying for. For me not very good but for other this place might be a good option. Many items have defects and they are labelled properly, few of them are bothering and other are not. Just check carefully before you buy.

It's really worth it to have a look here for your home's furniture. Mostly sofas and dining tables. Some items are quite damaged but are heavily discounted. Some items are barely damaged yet discounted anyway because they're not perfect.

Furnished my whole house two years ago and haven't had an issue. The quality is great, you are literally saving 40-70% on rrp because the items have some scratches or dints. This shop is definitely worth a look!
