Worst shopping experience we have had for a long time. Purchased a bedroom suite 3 weeks ago, looked second hand but still seemed like a good deal. Paid deposit and were told they'll detail, repair and clean it for us, and we'll get it delivered within a week. 2 weeks later no contact from them at all...we called and were told they need another week..another week later, still no contact. We call again, they're saying we can come in and check it out, it's ready for delivery. We go in: it's dissembled in the very back of the warehouse, in darkness. Only after we asked for lights to be turned on, we notice they haven't touched it at all! There was still hair in the drawers, and dirty cotton tips! Absolutely disgusting!! We will never ever go back to that place. FU!

A great selection of furniture, at prices that are practically wholesale (they're basically at the cost price of other retailers). The shop is not as upmarket as others, but that just adds to the savings. They are not as well known so they have plenty of parking, a large showroom, and though you may have to wait sometimes, some pretty good service (well worth it, given the savings). Full disclosure, you may even get served by me sometimes (less likely now-a-days, but could still happen) , but this is as genuine a review as I would write for any other company. With direct ties to the wholesaler, not only do they try to rectify any issues, they try to have them solved for future manufacturing of the product.

Ordered furniture upfront in April and went to store to arrange the delivery in July. Some items were not available as expected. They have sold my stuff to someone else. So they agreed to give the missing items in different designs and swap them once those items ready. They agreed to deliver them by mid September. Still waiting for the items after 5 months the original order. No one can beat their prices, but waiting to see whether they keep their promise and swap the stuff this week. FINALLY RECEIVED THE STUFF 6 MONTHS AFTER ORDERING. They run another place call Period Style Furniture.

I wouldn't even give this store one star! Terrible service. They sell products saying its in stock but when you go to pick it up, half the things are not there. They asked me to still pay in full and said they will deliver it next week. Its been 6 weeks, still haven't heard back and they haven't even processed the refund. Terrible service! Would not recommend this store at all! They mislead customers throughout and they always have "system errors" coming up last moment! Would not recommend this store to anyone!

Worst furniture store ever! DO not buy from this place! They deceive you, honestly feels just like a scam. They take your money saying the product is in store, 2 mins before you go there to pick up they call and say its not in stock. They say they will deliver it in a week and then after like 6 weeks they say they will deliver on Monday at 5pm and at 5.16pm they call you, saying "sorry, it was not in stock, its a system error" will not recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely the best place in town!! I have had my furniture for 6 months now and I am extremely happy. This is a family business and the owners are super friendly and go above and beyond to assist. You will never find these prices anywhere else for really fine furniture. The furniture made my whole lounge room just beautiful. Next I am going to buy myself a super comfy recliner from Furniture Super Mart

A bloke working there said hi. Walked out the back. Gone. Waited. Waited. rang the store didn't answer. Went somewhere else. Came back he's walking into the store buttoning his shirt 2 or 3 computers on the desk, he had to get his laptop out to find out if the item was available. Then ph a friend. Perchased furniture item. Had to drive down the road to a warehouse to pick it up.

Buyer be warned. Run, run now I would not buy from this company ever again. Selling cheap below quality products that do not last a reasonable time frame. Staff lie to your face. To get you out the store, That if you can find one. Management do not care about or know what customer service is. If you do buy something from this store, just remember you were warned!

Regret to buy. They sent broken furniture. I sent a couple of emails, No reply. Then I call them and I've been told that I have to bring them back by my expenses and they change them for me if any left. Try to contact them again, but no one take care. After 4 months I still have my broken paid furniture.no recommend at all.

Furniture isn’t high quality, has issues hidden that take time to investigate to find. Customer service was poor and won’t accept returns even though the sell period had not surpassed 24 hours. Don’t recommend buying from this store.
