My partner and I got locked out of our apartment tonight. We called and spoke to Josh who was very quick to get back to us with available people to come out. Daniel was absolutely amazing!!! Like 11/10 service. Not only was he prompt with his arrival, he was polite, understanding and had a good sense of humour which definitely relieved our stress a bit. Our door was extremely stubborn (being in a security building). He explained all of the things he was trying before he tried it and didn't give up easily or resort to expensive quick fixes. He got it open without damaging the lock or the door which was impressive especially with the stubborn nature of the door. The actual job was done fine but the aftermath has been so stressful. I called these guys out way back in March, and then passed them my landlords details for billing. Since then, they have emailed, called and texted me multiple times with a statement and every time I reply telling them my landlord's details, they say 'alright' and things are quiet for a while and then they contact me again!! It's been so long that I don't even live in my old house anymore, if only they'd listened to me the first time they would have been paid in March. If anyone from Fusion is reading this- I've blocked your emails now and I won't be answering calls/texts. After being locked out of my house for two hours, attempting to get in on my own and failing to do so, I called Fusion Locksmiths and spoke with Josh, the director. After arranging for someone from the company to come and unlock the door for me, my housemate arrived home and had a key. Knowing that it was unlikely I would be able to cancel, I quickly called Josh back, and explained my situation. He told me that normally there is a 75% cancellation fee, but understood my situation, and he totally waived it for me! I did not have to pay a cent. I arrived home last Saturday night at Midnight reaslising that I had lost my keys. I called 3 locksmiths who did not answer their phones at all. I then called Fusion Locksmiths and a very friendly man answered the phone and assured me that he would be able to help me. Not only was he at my place with in 20 minutes which I thought was unbelievable, but he was friendly, helpful and had me back into my home with in 5 minutes. He was able to cut new keys for me on the spot and was reasonably priced even for that hour of the night. I would recommend Fusion Locksmiths to anyone needing a great locksmith service in Sydney.

i Can’t believe I had my most expensive locksmith service in my whole life.. I under stand it’s New Year’s Eve but 438.90 dollars for just open my apartment door in less than 1 minute is unbelievable. And throughout the sms of our conversation he doesn’t even tell me how much is the service but ask me to type agree the service. To confirm ..... i feel like I been trapped by this small tricks ... this is not the right way to do business and definitely not the good star for me to start my first day of new year . I called on a Friday afternoon about the rates to unlock an apartment door. I described what lock and that i had the key but it wasn't unlocking. The man was nice enough to troubleshoot over the phone and give me a solution on how to open the door. Since it was approaching 5pm i would have had to pay overtime rates. Luckily i was able to open the lock using both top and bottom keys at the same time. Fusion saved me a couple of bucks for the weekend. I definitely would recommend them as a trustworthy business and if i ever get locked out in future i will remember to call these guys! Thank you.

I stupidly locked myself, my husband and baby out of our apartment. I found Josh on Google, had the job confirmed within a few minutes and he was at ours within the hour. Fusion are great! I spoke to Josh on the phone yesterday and he organised for Daniel to call me and come over today to add some new locks to our doors. Daniel came and was very polite and friendly and discussed all of our needs. He offered great advice and completed the job really quickly. The job was the same price as quoted on the phone which was great too. Being two days before Xmas I expected to wait for ages and be overcharged but these guys just got the job done quickly and were really nice about it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

As I can see from other poor reviews Josh plays innocent of any wrong doing. In my case I was looked out in the cold without a jacket, he took my call and said he would arrange a locksmith but after 1/2hr no locksmith so I texted him ( as per his texted instructions if no technician arrived after 1/2hr) and got no reply. I then tried to ring him and he answered but immediately hung up without talking. Finally to give him the benefit of doubt I rang again and my call was blocked. Please don't accept jobs if you have no intention of doing the job.

Professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. Clear quote in writing and verbally before the job started, came on time, and did everything efficiently and correctly. Digital lock installation, privacy bolt and re-keying a number of locks were all done well. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again. Josh was actually in Thailand on holiday when I first called the customer support line but he took the effort to respond promptly on email and make sure everything was arranged seamlessly. Jackson and Monique from Fusion Locksmiths were great! Lost my car key on the beach. I called them at 7 p.m and he was already on his way few minutes later to cut a new key. I couldn't find no one else in Sydney to cut my car's type of key. Luckily, someone found it on the pathway and Jackson was really understanding about it. Josh from Fusion was extremely helpful when I locked myself out, identifying the lock type from my description. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was extremely well equipped (I have never seen a better set-up van) and was able to get us into our apartment within 15 minutes (and it wasn't an easy task, given the door has a security key) without damaging the lock. Daniel of Fusion was at my place within 1/2 hour of me ringing him about my broken front door lock which posed a security problem. The job was more complicated than I thought, the lock was dodgy but biggest problem was the door. He rehinged the door, fixed the lock and it’s now better than it had ever been since I moved in. Fusion were great! I had emailed the job I needed done and had a call very soon after. Fusion covered all the aspects of securing our apartment with necessary locks. Having moved to a new apartment we had all locks rekeyed and new patio bolts installed. Needed a deadbolt changed in a hurry (keys stolen out of the front door, with malicious actor still in the area, and needed to get to work). Very sympathetic to my situation and Josh was set to leave the call centre and do the job himself within the hour. great service.. they tried in every possible way to get in with out drilling the locks. He even climb my balcony to see if he can get in. However lucky i had a window open which required his car for leverage. I'm sure other locksmith will just drill the lock and charge you extra, forcing you to copy more keys and expenses.

While the locksmith was professional and courteous, the fees were astronomical! It’s appalling to charge $396 for what was essentially 5 minutes work. Charging huge fees to people who are stranded outside in the middle of the night. I should have called around.
