I rang and asked the staff if they were able to remove a sail panel for a ford ranger. The lady taking my call was very polite and said she would speak to someone and get back to me. I explained I was removing this panel in order to fit a roof top tent to my vehicle. I was phoned back and given the available times and a quote for this to be done. I booked my car in and when I arrived 2 men came out to my vehicle to better understand what my desired outcome was. I again explained the panel to be removed and why. Both men said they didn't know how to do that so I said I'd seen instructions on YouTube but didn't want to attempt this and scratch my vehicle. I wouldn't normally offer solutions but it seemed appropriate after they both openly said they had no idea what to do and it'd take them all day to work out how to do it. They continued to um and ahh about how to do the job. When I came up with a very logical solution of how to remove the panel one of the males stormed off, threw his cloth in the air and yelled that he was too busy. The other male stayed and chatted as he too seemed a bit embarrassed that his co-worker just behaved in this manner. I asked what on earth just happened as I was just asking if it could be done. Incredibly condensending and rude. Before I even got the point of discussing the job the male was pressuming I wanted my job done before Xmas and being very rude. I only booked in because THEY had stated they were able to do the job and quoted me. Worst customer service I've had all year by far. I've since booked in with ford themselves for half the price and none of the rudeness. I don't often leave long reviews but I was shocked for quite some time that people behave like this.

Condescending, dismissive and rude. Our car was quoted and booked in to have something removed. When we arrived, one of the men came out and said he didn't know how to do what we'd been quoted for and spoke condescendingly. There are instructional videos on YouTube, however so that the car wasn't damaged in the process we wanted a professional to remove this part for us. He seemed frustrated and rude and instead of being professional and cancelling the booking, he stormed off saying he was "too busy!" And threw his cloth. His frustration should never be misdirected at clients. We were told by them that this was an easy job and we had to set aside today to take the car in. We're left in absolute shock and unsure why he treated us like this.

After having my car unsuccessfully repaired by the repairer that was recommended by my insurer, I contacted Adam at Emerald and Gembrook Smash Repairs. He went above and beyond to fix the original damage from the accident along with the extra damage done by the previous repairer. Couldn’t fault the service. 10/10!

Adam and the guys at Gembrook/Emerald smash repairs are excellent to deal with, they managed to repair a very rare spoiler from my car that was quite severely damaged in an accident, and they repaired it to an amazing standard, looks better than ever. I will definitely use these guys again, highly recommended !

Adam did a fantastic job repairing my car! I was able to use a hire car free of charge for the week, and he even went out of his way to fix previous problems left by other repairers. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone, and would have no hesitation to use them again should I need to.
