The first few times I went with my fiancée everything went fine. The two older ladies from the staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. They took their time and helped my fiancée and his crew get measured for their suits. However, this last time we got there about an entire hour before they closed and we were just there to pick up my fiancée’s suit and get one of his groomsmen measured up (which normally takes about 10 minutes when one of the nice older ladies does it). This time we were “helped” by one of their youngest women employees. I can’t remember her name right now but she was awful. She was running and rushing us around because “they were about to close”. She didn’t allow our groomsmen to try on his shoes because it was “late” (and there was still people coming in and out) and every time we asked her a question about the price she responded roughly and stomped all over the store. Thankfully one pf the older ladies that know us already took over at the end and helped us make the groomsmen’s deposit. Next time I’m there I will definitely try to get help from someone that is not her. Our experiences are usually great in this store and they have great prices and variety, but this last time was terrible. I would recommend the place, but do not get help from her at all.

Reading all of these makes me wonder if I was in the wrong store! Because, my experience that I had at this store was horrible to say the least!!! I went to the store towards the end of June to rent a tux for son that he’s going to be part of sweet sixteen birthday party. I was told by the staff that it was to early to rent it to comeback towards the middle of July, which we did! They took his measurements and in order I had to pay in full no problem! Yesterday I was notified that the tux was to take my son to tried on! To my disappointment, the jacket was way to , the vest to big, the pants even after you adjust the waist was still to big and not to mention the shirt just picture this take a mens and put it on a seven years old kid. That’s how big it was! So what to the measurements?!!! Now I running against time because the event is next week! And theirs excuses were not solving the problem I was very disappointed with everything that I no longer wanted their services! I requested a full refund! Which they declined and refused to make any remedies! Totally outrageous! I just got cheated $200.00 Be aware don’t pay in full until you tried on first!! Very bad experience!!!

Purchased three suits and a pair of shoes which of course when buying suits you have to get them hemmed. I paid for the hem plus a taper and decided not to get the tapers and was never refunded for the taper. I was rushed out the store after asking for the refund for the tapers and only got a receipt showing another transaction was made for the cost of the taper. I live out of state so I have been trying to get my refund due to it being a debit card payment and got the run around every time I got a person on the phone. If you need a last minute outfit goto K&G cause this place is going to rush you to spend and won’t refund your money if you change your mind while still in the store. Follow up review: I finally received my debit card refund for the unwanted tapers. Took about two weeks but I got it. This place has a wide variety of blazers and shoes you won’t ever see anywhere else which will give you a one of a kind outfit from head to toe. Other than that refund issue which is now resolved I will have to say that this place is a one stop shop in Tampa.

I've been going to GK fashions for the last 7 years and they have never let me down. As soon as you come in the store someone approaches you to give you assistance. If you go in any other clothing store you can walk around for 25 minutes before you can even find help, but not here. And whoever it is that greets you at the door, they stick with you until the sale is finished. For me it's usually Peter, or Ray who are the salesman who helped me. Both of them are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even the owner is amazing. She's very businesslike so you may not see her smiling, but she gives excellent service, and suggestions on what clothing style will fit you and look the best. I can't recommend GK high enough, they're awesome.

I only regret not going there sooner. As a man, the selection is the typical black,navy,khaki and white (boring!) GK Fashions has EVERY color of the rainbow,and many versatile selections. I ended up spending an hour and a half trying to see it all. (Hillsborough Ave location) I was assisted by a very helpful and patient employee who went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect shoes, turns out he was the owner . It was very apparent that ALL of his staff emulated these virtues as I observed them interact with the customers. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

I try to order tuxedo for my 18 month baby, and I thought a lady she may be owner works in front desk asked me to call the next day 11 am, I called her and she said she swear will reply in 5 minutes but I waited for 4 hours, and when I called her back other lady talked to me and she is there telling her... instead of speak directly to me she said ‘’they are buzzy they haven’t found for me ‘’and while I am talking they hung up the phone when I called back not replied. Is this right customer service. This is my first day bad customer service.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not offer refunds even if they don’t fulfill your order. I paid for my tuxedo in full on July 27th, 2021, and still haven’t received anything. Every time I call they say it has been ordered. They don’t mind taking your money but don’t want to give it back. To me that’s a breach of contract so I should be entitled to a refund and not store credit. The big sign posted in the store clearly reads and states no refunds on jewelry. It should say it for the clothing as well. This is not fair.

My uncle, dad and I went here for my uncle’s formal event he has coming up. He was able to find a nice Steve Harvey suit and a purple dress shirt. My dad wasn’t able to find an ideal mock turtleneck that fit his personal taste though. The store had a wide variety of suits, shirts, shoes, and ties for men and boys. I did like they offer fitting rooms for customers to try on clothes as well. They had nice customer service associates offering me assistance. Overall, I would recommend this place for your casual and business attire needs.

First time using this place to find a last minute suit for a wedding. Everyone was very nice and professional. Very impressed with the variety of selection and the price to purchase a suit. Also they did alterations in 2 days with no rush fees like at Mens Warehouse. Owner was also in store working and they sized up my boyfriend, explained the comfort and fit differences, and we left with a 2 piece suit set with additional dress shirt to go. Definitely would recommend

Clothing store for the family. One stop shop. I was shopping for a suit for my husband. Not only did I get a suit, I was able to buy a shirt & tie set, socks, tie pin, cufflinks, hat and shoes. The staff is very hands on, known their craft. There is a seamstress on site, that was a bonus, because he like his hem a certain length and I was able to come back that same day to pickup the pants. I have been a customer since 2005 ish. They dressed all the males in my wedding party back in 2007. I have purchased well over 20 suits over the years a ton of shirts, socks, shoes and accessories. Awesome staff, always super helpful. Great attention to detail and great quality. The tailor has never missed my pant length. Asha, Ron, way to go! Keep up the great work and the great team.

They Treat You more like a Thief than a Customer....until they get you to the register and in plain sight of your money coming out of your pocket. Seemed a little pimpish for my taste. But they did have a very good selection. Seems as though they were shoes were not top shelf. In other words a Stacy Adams will not sell these shoes in their stores but they will sell them to stores like these because they may have a defect. The manager comes to help then walk away talking on his phone. Comes back keep doing the same thing. Finally after receiving help from two different employees he stepped in at the last minute but good thing I know how to shop for myself and know what I like. I went to this place to get a suit, and the employees there were SO helpful and polite. What's more, when I picked up my tailored suit, it fits exactly how I wanted! I highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting clothing for the low low price! Five stars for overall just being a great establishment!
