The time this guy Ghulfam started the salon one year back he was being very professional and was giving good service along with him he had a very professional team. But now he have got very bad attitude he is not at all professional, he doesn’t care about his clients now and their time . He have completely unprofessional staff now as compare to before they keep on talking rubbish things with their colleagues, even doesn’t bother to think that the client is sitting. If you ask time from the Owner Ghulfam and once you reach the salon he will ask his staff to attend you and then your money is waste and forget about your time. I use to visit this place because it’s close to my house but anyways i am paying to get good service.....so no more Grace salon. Thanks for your time Ghulfam and your bad attitude, get well soon

If you are a woman then do not go here for a haircut. I was trying to find a new salon and this place looked good from the outside but they have no idea about women's haircut. Worst part is that the stylist didn't even say he doesn't know, he kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter. By the time i figured something is not right, the damage was done. There were hair on the seat and on the floor where they seated me, it isn't clean and the stylists are not skilled. Mostly men walked in, i feel sad for not researching and just walking in to this place. Must avoid!

I am absolutely impressed by their service. I will always blindly choose them for all my hair styling needs. I would specially like to mention Firoz Khan & his techniques to help me get the look that I wanted. And now coming to the entire Staff, they all are very kind, sweet & attentive to everything that you need. The Aesthetics of the place are a 10/10 too. All in all, I would highly recommend their services, especially for “the dream haircut” that all of us desire & many more services.

I visited first time ever. There r many positive reviews about so I went there for my haircut. First I told him not cut short even he cut my hair very short. I also told him is is not short ? He said no no it’s ok. Even he cut leyar shape there is no leyar in my hair. some part there is big hair n some part short. I’m very disappointed for this. It’s feel he cut my hair worst. I’m so disappointed if they do know how to cut please teach them properly. This is worst ever haircut.

I recommand grace salon its the best salon i found in this area from lodha splendora to waghbil area i have been to almost all the salons but this is d best amongst all..do go and get yourself pampered. I got haircolour done the staff here is very co operative and suggesst n guide u according to your requirment. The best part is they just dont make money from customer they only sell according to the clients requirement they dont give u fake suggesstion just to make money.

Please do go here. The hairstylist is pathetic. Clearly told him my expectations. Showed him what I want. Even while cutting the hair, i told him that you are making it to short. Not once, twice but thrice. Showed him the reference again and again and again. My hair looks so bad. Just look at the length I wanted and what length he gave. I feel pathetic. And above that not a single apology from the owner or the hairstylist. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE

Had took my son for hair cut. Had very bad experience. First Up all - They took 1 hour to cut Hairs of my 6 year kid. He was under trauma how his hairs grown so much which is taking so much time. At the end of hours hair cut was so bad that we were very disappointed. Although their were other 3-4 from team no one bothered to check what's wrong. When. We complain one other guy came and did some fnishing still he could not do much.highly disappointed

For about 10 months that have been on this area I have been visiting this place. Always hospitable, friendly and homely vibe. They are accommodating to your requests which is in their reach and reasonable. Amazing staff always on point with requirements and helping out if not satisfied with the service. Gullar has been a constant help and the person I trust for any service recommendations. All in all a great place that you get value for money.

I went for haircut, by seeing good reviews but not happy he done my haircut in jut few min, no Hai wash done before haircut and just tream backside hair only no changes both the side and even front, and backside also he has not done properly its not look even the way it should look. and he charged 500rs waste of money. do not go for haircut by seeing good review. and the person who did haircut I don't think he have any experience.

I had been for keratin treatment....was told that the treatment would last for minimum 6 months...but after one month my hair have become wavy... doesn't seem that I had any keratin treatment done... would not recommend this place to anybody. Waste of money....Did try to reach the salon staff...but was told they will speak to their boss n get back to me...but after continuous follow, got not response...hence posting this here..

For my lit daughter hair cut, personaly my experience was bad. My daughter was on caouch for more than one n half hour it's seems that your styler was not that much experienced for kids hair cut because of the the hair cut is NOT UP TO THE MARK IT WAS UNEVEN . Both side hair does not match on ear, one side it's short lit bit as compare to other side My Baby got irritated because of this . THANKS FOR GIVING BAD EXPERIENCE.

I got my routine skin service done from Shahi, now my skin appears more supple and fresh all the time. She made sure that I was comfortable, she even suggested what services is best for my skin. I even got a hair cut done from Gulfam which was done excellently. I had a great experience at Grace Hair and Beauty Salon they have most efficient and courteous team. I had awesome haircut and blue tox protein treatment by Monu Kumar. I strongly belive Monu Kumar is Very professional he did amazing hairstyling Thank you so such. Staff is good,polite and hygiene. I went there for my eyebrows the customer service is zero, the one who don't even know how to do eyebrows, she made my browse uneven totally uneven and aftrt that they demand me to do ful payment no apologies nothing.... Finding a relatively good salon with comfortable rates was first priority for me when I moved to Ghodbunder road. The services are pretty much good. I frequent to this place for haircut and every time I return satisfied. The payment options are flexible with regard to paying via Upi, or card, or cash.
