My wife and I bought a 2016 Explorer Platinum from here. It had been in a collision, and was written off at 20,000km. I was very skeptical about buying a salvaged vehicle, but Joe and the rest of the team at GT were very helpful and accommodating during the whole process. They made sure to give me all the photos of the vehicle damage, and went over all the repaired parts with me. I also made sure to take it to a Ford dealership to get an inspection before I bought it, and the report showed that everything had been repaired properly and with genuine Ford parts. It was hesitant about buying a fairly new vehicle that doesn’t have factory warranty, but GT gives a one year full warranty to match Ford’s. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle in the 6 months I’ve owned it now to verify if they make good on their warranty or not, but I did find one very small crack in a plastic part after I brought it home, but Joe had no issues with getting me in to the shop as soon as possible to get the part replaced at no charge! Based on that, I am comfortable in saying they will honor their warranty, should any problems happen with the vehicle. As I said before, I was skeptical about buying a salvaged vehicle, but these guys have done a great job in restoring this vehicle to almost brand new condition! I also had no issues getting it fully insured for the same price as a vehicle with a clean title(through Cooperators). I will definitely be seeing what Joe has in stock when I’m looking to get into a new truck as well!

We were initially skeptical about purchasing a rebuilt vehicle that had been written off, but after making numerous inquiries to our insurance company and extensive online reading we began to realize the bargain to be had by acquiring such a vehicle. Joe and the team at GT Auto had restored the vehicle to its pre-accident state and there was no evidence of an accident. They also had plenty of patience with all the questions we had regarding the salvage status of the vehicle and were up front with its history. They showed me the post accident photos from the insurance adjustor, the carproof report and the AMVIC vehicle inspection on the rebuilt vehicle. I also did my due diligence by checking the business licence, AMVIC dealership status, and vehicle lien. Everything checked out just fine. Really enjoying the new-to-us 2016 Ford Escape Titanium.

About a year ago we had some major issues with our VW Golf. We had been going to a South VW Dealership and after paying some very expensive service bills and not having great work completed we were recommended to GT Auto. Well, I can't say enough about this shop. We had a timing chain go and it would have been more that $5000 to get fixed at VW. Joe found us an engine with 80,000 less km on it and replaced the whole engine for much less. He saved us thousands within a year. Every job, part and service we have had done here is well done at a completely reasonable price. Very personable, no unnecessary work, everything explained in detail and honest recommendations. This place is awesome! I came looking for a reasonably priced SUV in good shape and I found a perfect fit. Joe is so easy to work with and I felt so at ease making a transaction with him. Totally approachable without pressure sales tactics. I wish more places worked like this! Start to finish he was super easy to communicate with over text. I bought a used Mazda from GT Auto. I was fortunate enough to get a 3 month warranty with this company. Alongside with great customer service. Since getting this car I had a minor issue with the key fob, the key part of my fob kept falling out as a part was worn on it and I ended up losing my key. GT Auto dealt with this in an awesome and quick way! They sent one of their locksmiths to my home right away and resolved the issue within 20 min at no cost to me. I would highly recommend dealing with Alex or Joe. Both of them were very professional and helpful. I would definitely buy another car here. Also, wanted to mention, they are very fair in price!

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape from GT Auto in September. I have not had any problems at all with this vehicle. I did a lot of homework before I made my purchase and was a little sceptical about buying a vehicle that was considered a “write off”. Joe is a good guy and he answered every question that I had and was very up front and honest. They stand behind their work and offer a full bumper to bumper warranty for 1 year on the vehicles they sell. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good used vehicle at a reasonable price.

The service is fast and efficient, great customer service. I arrived with a no start problem, instead of selling me unnecessary fixes and improvements, the mechanic just ran a full scan, found the problem, gave me the contact information of the guy who can fix it ( it was an immobilizer issue ) and took no money as they couldn't fix it. Very bad service This Russian guy does not know how to check underneath the car, no cover off, and just check not properway and say oil sprayed too much, low skill and driven customer car not gently, no seat cover protection. No floor mat. And too bad driven customer car. Do not go here. It will be making your car broken and cheating.
