Been servicing both our Audi A4 and Golf regularly with Harry and Theo for the past few years, and undoubtedly will continue to do so as these two have displayed nothing short of excellence when it came to delivering great quality repairs, attentive care, and unmatched service. You seriously can't find two more genuine mechanics to work on your vehicle and ensure that not only is everything accounted for, but prices are incredibly reasonable. I super appreciate the follow-up calls regarding my vehicle to explain what was done and why. Harry, Theo and the GTH team are the best mechanics I’ve ever come across! They’re not just mechanics, they’re vehicle advisors. They are genuine, efficient, honest, caring and friendly and have saved my wife and I thousands over the years from taking bad advice from dodgy mechanics. I recently took in my brand new car instead of taking it to the dealership due to having being highly recommended from multiple people. Not only was it more affordable than going straight to the dealership but the professionalism and honesty from the team at this business was something I’ve not experienced from any mechanic shop or dealership in all my years being a car owner. Especially being a female going into a “mans world” they talked me through the issues and gave me the best possible solutions for my car. I was having issues with my van so popped down to GTH automotive after seeing there other google reviews. Spoke with Harry and he looked after me really well. He diagnosed the issues I was having with the van and kept me well informed with updates all throughout the repair. The reviews speak for themselves. The guys down at GTH are honest hard working people which is hard to find nowadays. I had to edit my review as upon checking my receipt from this mechanic, I believe I was overcharged for the service I received. I was under the assumption that my entire radiator unit was being replaced, to find out that I was charged $550 for 2 hoses, 4 clamps, and replacement of coolant, parts and labour for this kind of job should not have costed the price of a brand new radiator. I believe I was taken advantage of during covid. I would not recommend going to this mechanic, and would not use their services in the future.

I've been bringing the family cars to Theo and Harry for many years now and recommend them to lots of others. They deliver great, honest service at an affordable price. Something that is lacking in the industry as a whole. They always make the time to explain things honestly and clearly to help make the best decision to suit you. GTH are great to deal with. Nothing seems to be inconvenient for them, as they are willing to go that extra step to help you stay on the road. Love that I can just rock up and have a light changed, and its done as soon as they can, and with a smile. Have been having my car serviced with them now for a few years, and find that their service to be excellent, efficient and doesn't cost the earth, like some other places do.

It's great that there is a business out there still offering the amazing customer service, exactly what you'd expect from a family owned business.
