Cristobal did an excellent job with adding a Grade 1 deadbolt lock to my door. I was dealing with security issues and he was able to immediately accommodate my request. He installed the lock in about 15 minutes and was very professional from start to finish. He even took the time to explain exactly how secure the lock would be and why that particular lock was the best option. He also made the initial consultation call easy by requesting a picture of my door and came prepared with exactly the kind of tools needed. He was also very clear about the price so there were no surprises. I sleep easier at night now and this prompt service was a huge help!

My experience with this family owned business was nothing less than amazing. It just felt good. I was immediately greeted and helped by Yvette. Her customer service was on point. She was down to earth, sweet and all around a pleasure to meet. We laughed and talked like we had known each other for years. She drove to where my car was and replaced my key in less than 30 minutes. She even tried some garlic chives we have growing on our wall garden. Awesome and honest people. We tried to fix our store front door ourselves and ended up breaking it. i thought it would cost me an arm and a leg, but they quoted a price that was beyond good in comparison to others who serviced our location. They've been in business for along time, and there is a reason why they are so busy. They are my to-go locksmith. I wish i found them earlier...

Great service and they are open on Sundays which is a big plus because while shopping around I could not get a live person to speak with, with out being directed to someone who were trying to charge ridiculous prices. Gus' had a live person that returned my call and directed me to the location where Gus's there ready to service my key issues with a reasonable price! Thanks Gus!

I got my car key copied here. The service was quick and helpful. I thought it was nice that an employee walked me to my car to make sure the key worked. I'm not sure what their typical rates are, but I paid ~$70 for a copy of a standard early 2000s coded Honda key. ¡También debo mencionar que hablan español!

Experienced service at a great price. Mom and pop shop that does great work. Will definitely be doing business again. Only issue is they default to giving key copies engraved with their business info. I would have liked that they would let customers know beforehand in case they don't like it.

I came there after work to get a key made. The lady told me to make an appointment and come back to get a key made. Very inconvenient. Of course I am not going to come back. The hours of service are as posted. Why would I waste my time? I'm very busy and the traffic is horrible.

Got intouch with the dispatcher to send someone out to unlock my FREIGHTLINER tractor.. locked my keys inside by accident. Never returned my call with an ETA... NEVER showed up so I waited over an hour and decided to call and get someone else to come.

Very nice young lady can to my rescue. She told me it would take an hour to get to me and she made it in half the time. The whole job took her about ten minutes start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys.
