This is in response to a recent review given about Gain Jewellery. I completely disagree with the review given. I have been coming to Gain Jewellery for the past 27 years and I can honestly say that the sales associates and the owners always exceed all expectations. The services they provide are beyond approach and the quality of merchandise is next to none. They always go above and beyond in trying to accommodate all requests. They never take for granted any purchases made, big or small because they value all customers equally. Not only do I recommend this place to everybody, I guarantee whoever shops at Gain will never shop anywhere else because you can't top the best! I give them 6 out of 5 stars!

I went in back in may of 2000 when they were on Finch. Got a custom engagement ring made. .92ct sapphire with 2 0.4ct diamonds in a platinum band. The sapphire had a flaw in it that has gotten worse over time. Very noticeable now. The diamonds are 2 different colors. I had to take it the way it was because I was throwing a large party to propose. When I brought it back to get things right the owner was very rude and argumentative and did nothing to fix the problem. As time has gonna on every time I look at that ring I'm so embarrassed and feel robbed. I feel like people see it and think I'm cheap. Yet I spent a few thousand dollars back in the year 2000.

I do not write reviews often, but I felt that it is necessary toward expressing the positive customer service and fair pricing provided by GAIN. My sister, mother and I came in looking for a specific gift, and we were taken care of by one individual (cannot recall the name) over a span of a few hours. She was very patient, honest, attentive, and truly cared on us finding the right gift for our occasion. As someone who works with individuals and values customer interactions, I highly recommend anyone to visit this location for any special occasion needs. Thank you !

As a lot of men, I went last minute valentines shopping. I wish I would have asked her name, she was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I didn't know that it was referral or appointment only as I just kind of showed up. I had a budget and she made sure that I didn't go over that budget. She also made it a point to show me the best they have with the price I had. I honestly can't thank her enough let alone jewelry store. Given the chance, I would definitely absolutely go back. If I had bills falling out of my pockets, they would be my jeweler

These guys are AMAZING! Even for just simple repairs. They have great prices, great service and great products. My ring was custom made by gain. A full carat princess cut diamond as the headstone and a full carat total in the band. I have never been disapointed with this jeweler and I know great jewelers are hard to find! Go to gain, you wont be disapointed.
