As soon as we parked next to the valet parking, not in it mind you, the rude valet looked at us and told us to move our vehicle. I went to the stand to tell him we were not in the valet parking. Instead of taking responsibility for his error, he so rudely say to not touch the vehicle next to us... Mind you I drive a 40k truck the other was a 45k suv. Apparently, I have to be told not to hit a vehicle. I was offended and that set the tone of my experience the facility was renovating and parking was horrible too.

Disability parking is all taken up by take out food pick up spots now. Wait times in restaurants are outrageous . Traffic in this area is very over crowded. If you just need to be seen here then go right ahead and put up with it. If you want to enjoy an evening out then look at your many options just a couple of miles in any direction it will be well worth your travel.

A really nice, upscale, clean mall. There have been tons of renovations here and they are supposed to be done by Summer 2019. The only drawback is that parking is always hard to find. Pro tip: come here during the daytime hours if you want a quiet and crowd free shopping experience.

I went into I went into foot locker at this location there was a manager by the name of Yaya there she was very nasty to me she was disrespectful to me for no reason they need to give her another class in hospitality and customer service I will never go in that store again.

Horrible parking with an extremely weird layout, but some good high-end stores. Couldn't find anyplace to eat except a sub shop and cinnabon. Best place to park might be in the garage next to Macy's. Goto the garage 4th level and enter easily on Macy's level 3.

This is by far one of the best malls I have been to in a long time. So many different shops to pick from. Wish they had some type of food court there. There are restaurant options inside the mall and right by it.

I really liked the scenery at this mall it makes you want to mall shop again and again! They have an array of different boutiques and mainstream stores! Will definitely visit again soon

Wonderful place to shop and be indoors away from the cold weather today. This mall has all the best stores. Every time I stop in I add another good day to my list.

I like this mall because it has all the stores we love. The traffic and congestion around the mall is always bad. The mall layout is not easy th navigate.

So many good places to eat & shop at. Wish I could have 2 stomachs!, but parking stinks! Feel like a shark circling & circling, looking to pounce.

This mall had alot of stores but I didn't like that alot of people had battery problems. It was weird to see so many cars having trouble.

Always a great shopping experience and the addition of high end vehicles like the Bentley truck and Aston Martin made for great photo ops

Very nice and full luxurious stores. If you shop here your income needs to be in the triple digits! Cheesecake Factory is great !!

We enjoyed our visit to the mall. The store selection has a lot options and the mall is well maintained, clean and well managed.

This was one of the nicest malls I have been in. There is a good selection of stores, and it was easy to park and walk around.

Many choices for shopping and tons of upscale shops to choose from. Very crowded today...black Friday, which we expected.

Not quite as good as the Galleria in Las Vegas. Still, a very nice mall. Great mix of shops and restaurants.
