I like the fact that the people there don't try to be fake, they let loose their personality, when I worked there, it was a dream lol, but even when I wasn't working there, I loved the restriction less personality that all the employees have. Gamestop felt really welcoming and nice, and everything in the store is literally there to make people decide for themselves, not only that, everything is organized!

Had made a return and had some trouble but the Manager went out of his way to ensure I got my money one way or the other being with this whole pandemic and not having cash at the store. I left happy and would recommend anybody that loves games to come to this GameStop. He totally went above and beyond nervous offered to help me fix my broken Xbox one.

Aweful gamestop to go to. I went in to sell my 120g ps3, which works just fine and was going to get half of trade in credit deducted simply because it was a little dusty. I took it home, cleaned it up a bit and took it to another gamestop and got full credit for it. Dont come to this gamestop, theyll make whaterver excuse to try to rip you off.

I am never disappointed when i go to this location. My kids enjoy the workers interaction and the cleanliness of the store itself. If you live close by this is a great experience and they have been my go to as far as pre-orders and being able to get games that may not be available anywhere else.

I was in recently to shop for a new game for my switch. Had a general idea of what I was looking for but was overwhelmed with the choices. Scarlet was SO helpful in guiding my decision. Will definitely be back for more of her recommendations!

Employees are always very rude when I come in to ask if something is in stock. Never have had a good experience as the employees treat you like you are wasting their time. Will actively go out of my way to avoid going here.

Everytime I go here they have just what we need after I been looking everywhere else for it The staff is terrific they always have a Smile on their face and they know alot about almost all the games and consoles …

Every time I spoke to the salesman he huffed and puffed it sounds like that was very difficult to deal with the only person in the store at the time it's pretty clear to see they did not want to work and do their job

It's really low on staff but definitely not low on games the almost have every thing for very console excluding digital Ps4 ps5 Nintendo swich and the two staff and very kind hearted but overall good service

This is my go to GameStop since it opened. The manager Angel is super helpful, always keeps us ready for the upcoming releases, and had a great time eating pizza and talking games before the MK release!

Every time i go to this game stop in particular i am greeted with great services and employees with a good attitude. Other gamestops i go to, the employees are rude thats why i go to this one.

This store has a new manager. He is a very nice person. We will miss John Hopwood the former manager. He became a good friend to our family. But here is a warm welcome to the new manager.

They were closed and opened up because google had the hours were listed wrong. Nice guys and good deals. Customer service in a time of almost no customer service is freaking refreshing.

They are very friendly and answer any questions I may have on upcoming titles. And do a great job informing me of the benefits I would receive when trading towards a new release.

This place has everything you need for games from the Xbox to the Nintendo to the PlayStation whenever you need a controller or replace one new or used they have it there.

Everything is online why bother even visiting lol. Cheaper that way I mean it's true. Plus I mean who even funds their payroll. Definitely isn't in store sales!

The manager Xavier has been amazing. Calling me when my preorders are in or when he’s expecting them. Very friendly. Great experience. Would recommend.

Employees are friendly, knowledgeable. It's easy to access. Could have a bit more space to move throughout the store but other than that it's great.

Never have had a problem with the store employees. Clean store and has a good selection of inventory. Mainly come here for gift cards and trade ins.

Not the worlds best selection of games. They are proud of what they have too. However the staff was nice and they will advise you on games and such.
