My partner and I went in for a late lunch, there was probably about 4 other tables eating, with 2 more guests behind us whilst we were ordering. I came in to use my birthday discount and I was incredibly disappointed. First of all the cashier didn't believe me about my discount despite having a text message, an email and a web browser saying how to use my discount, which stated I just need to show it at the register. After ordering it took about a half an hour for a regular serve of boneless wings to come out and our drinks not arriving at the same time either. Eventually just prior to the hour mark my partner went up to ask about the food of which they said it was coming out now. Came out 4 minutes later with my food no where to be seen. My partner ended up finishing their food so I went up to ask for a refund since I was still waiting on my food. Appreantly a regular occurrence as they were very quick to refund and didn't even ask any questions as to why. All this on top of our table not being clean and no water brought to our table and us having to go up and ask for that too! Very disappointed, will not be coming back.

We often go here to eat chicken. I'm very offended today so I'm leaving a review for the first time . I ordered chicken and chicken katsu, but the chicken in the chicken katsu was so burnt that I couldn't eat it, so I called the staff. I was going to eat it for my child, but it was too dark, so I asked for it to be made again, and the staff said that it would be the same even if I made it again, so I canceled the food. I ordered chips instead, but it didn't come out after a while, so when I asked again, it didn't seem like the order had even been placed. At least twice, if the customer seems to be disappointed, I'm sorry and I have to make food quickly, but the staff there don't seem to have received service training. I'm Korean too, so it's embarrassing that it's a Korean . I'm angry that the chips I ordered came out by accident, but I didn't even eat all of them because it seemed like they were all cut off. I don't usually want to write a review, but I hope the manager or owner sees this and educates me properly. restaurant. Anyway, I'm so disappointed that I don't want to visit this place.

It’s giving 1 star vibes, ordering on the phone was already a nightmare, ordered whole chicken, tekbohki, potato heaven - this came out to early and obviously don’t wanna be filling out on this before the chicken even comes out, tekbohki - this came all watery and not spicy enough, so obviously chef was lazy to make it as they do previously like I’ve been here, asked them to remake it less watery but they obviously refried it and it lost its spiciness. By the time they fixed that and potatoe heaven was cold and sour cream was all melted and warm, I had to ask them again where’s my chicken and came out 30 minutes later from ordering when store wasn’t even fully packed. Waiter wasn’t very sympathetic about the late chicken and much sassyness when obviously people coming in after us ordering the same boneless whole chicken getting it before us doesn’t make sense

Won't come back again. We have ordered 3 meals. But only 2 has arrived within half and hour. We had to wait for one hour for our main meal. Then we had to asked from them. Apparently they have delivered it to another table. We have asked for a refund but they said they could give the same meal within 3 minutes. Fod was good. But really not happy with the customer service. They even didn't apologise for that.

Great feed! Will come again Couldn't choose what we wanted so got the Big Chicken which had a medley of chicken, rice cakes, chips and cheese sticks. Everything went down a treat loved that we got all 4 sauces was perfect for our indecisive group that just wanted everything. Chips were seasoned well and crispy, chicken was decadent and moreish. Also had the Japchae was a 10, great tasty meal. Suggest getting the Yuzu drink was refreshing.

This gami is amazing! I cannot express anything more! A worker named Rosenel, displayed great customer service, where she always made sure my partner and I was happy with the food. We asked her the best food to try, she mentioned the boneless chicken pieces and potato heaven, and we fell in love! Big shoutout to her, she deserves a raise for helping us out with a positive attitude! I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to Gami a few times in previous years and was usually impressed. However, this branch in Fountain Gate wasn’t the best. The food is a hit or miss: the soup dishes were not great at all, and the corn cheese was overly sweet. But their fried chicken as always, was their best dish. Additionally, staff were polite and the ambience was nice, but they completely forgot one of our orders (and also one of the orders of the table next to us). Perhaps it was just one of their bad days, but I’d think twice before coming to this particular branch again.

Great fried chicken not too greasy. Service was a bit slow seeing as it was not busy. We had a movie session coming up and made mention to the staff. We did have to take away most of the meal, it's great they provide you with take away containers. I am also not a fan of spending so much and on top of having to pay for sauce but this is the times. Grab yourself the muscat drink refreshing and delicious.

First Time here. Probably won’t return. Customer service is poor. Food was cheap but yummy. Witnessed a server deliver food to the wrong table, Then a patron eat off that plate. for the plate to then be delivered to the right table. Gross! They also forgot our parma so by the time he got the food we where all done. The parma was also not great tasting :( There’s better places to go if you are visiting fountain gate.

We were sat on a table that hadn't been wiped and had a half drank glass of beer left over, no table water was offered. We ordered 3 food items, and the first 2 came out half an hour apart, taking over an hour overall to arrive and one item didn't even come. I have been ordering food from Gami Fountain Gate for several times now, because it was the closest from my home in dandy. My wife and I always order the chicken (best dish), Seafood Pancake, Japcae and Tbokki. So far, it was the best. But yesterday was really terrible. The Seafood Pancake was very oily and the taste is sour. Maybe the pancake batter was gone bad or forgot to be put in the fridge. We really disappointed with that. I hope Gami Chicken do quality Control on their food. BE BETTER, NOT WORST.

Spent $150 on a take away order. Only to realize when I got home that half the chicken was left out of the order. Called them which they than said will be there in 15-20mins. So now half my food got cold its been an hour and still no food. Not the first time ive beeb dissapointing here but will definitely be my last time ordering food here. Just seems to be going downhill everytime I have ordered from here!

Soy garlic boneless chicken was so good. It was tender, juicy and flavourful. We got extra sweet mustard sauce on the side, which was delicious. Tteokbokki did not taste authentic, but was tasty nonetheless. Hotteok was amazing. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside (like mochi). It had a yummy nutty filling too. Lemon lime bitters was not bad.

I always been big fan of their food but yesterday I was really disappointed ☹️ the rice cake in tteokbokki was so giant was hard to chew and we order chicken where we supposed to get coleslaw as side dish but they said they dont have any and 5 min later the table next to us got the coleslaw with chicken which really surprised me, seriously they just lied or they were just too lazy to make it. Not going again.

The food here is the best food at fountain gate, hands down. Comes out hot, there is an over abundance. And tastes sensational. If you haven’t been, you need to.

Soggy tteokbokki! DOES NOT BRING ME JOY! It's like I ordered Shin Ramen and just chuck the rice cakes in. Good chicken and sauce. The only saving grace from having a one star. The seafood pancake was flat. By flat I mean, where's the seafood. Still a bit soggy and missing the crunch. And the prawns are the cheap stuff, it is like the size of my fingernails. Maybe Gami expanded too quickly

everything was so nice oh my goodness. i had the potato heaven and some of the ttokboki and they were both so yum! i will say i got sick of the potatoes after eating them but they were still yummy :) the staff were really cool too, i mean they were filo so take that as u will. the actual place also looks very comfy :))

We looked at the catalog and ordered spicy seafood soup. There was no shrimp as shown in the picture. Taste was okay, not great. When asked about the shrimp the waitress advised the get them in packs. Manager asked to wait for another 15 minutes. Didn't want to wait. Would appreciate if they gave us a credit to use in future.

Finally tried it recently and loved every bit of it. Potatoe heaven is truly, heaven. Can't recommend anything more from the menu. Spicy chicken was really good and soy garlic was great too, just a bit sweet for my liking. Overall loved the vibe, would definetly go again.

Very nice Korean deep fried chicken, stir fried chicken is a bit too salty, seafood pancake is not very good portion. But over all not a bad restaurant!
