I was in on Sunday to buy jeans after going to buy a dress at Le Chateau. First steps in the door carrying the dress bag and the girls on staff all asked me about the dress I had bought. They were so helpful and lovely and just really genuinely welcoming and friendly. I pretty consistently go to Garage as my first choice when looking for jeans and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but honestly, the staff just made my day. The selection on jeans is pretty poor right now, so I'm hoping that changes in the fall, but I was still able to buy what I needed and I will definitely be back when the seasonal selection changes.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Aya!!!! Such a wonderful young lady she knows her stuff and went above and beyond, not only for my daughter but the other 3 people in the dressing rooms. This young lady ran back and forth making sure everyone had what they needed and not one of us felt neglected. The Garage should be very proud of Aya and the customer service she provides. This location will forever be my go to store for all my daughters clothing needs. Thank you Aya you are a wonderful human being and the world needs more people like you in it.

Hi there! First, I'd like to give your company kudos! I am overjoyed with just how quickly my daughters items came!!! LESS than 48 hours. It was ordered on December 29th and it came December 31. When we were quoted 3-10 business days. So I came to your website to give you a shining review! My 12 year old daughter received a gift card for Christmas and with the possibility of shut downs we decided to order online which sometimes the sizing is off. Perfect fit! So, again THANK YOU!

I had ordered a sweater online for same day delivery, when the package came it wasn’t the products I had ordered, called the store and I don’t remember the associates name but she was wonderful and gave me customer services number. I was able to get a full refund, a coupon and was able to re order the sweater I originally wanted about all in about an hour :) AMAZING customer service and amazing employees!!

Aya was absolutely amazing. She welcomed me with a big smile and was quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She also offered me complimentary items that matched my selection and even got me to try on some sweat pants I wasn’t even thinking about. She was genuine and very professional. As a retail manager myself, I’d hire this girl and keep her on a heartbeat.

Dec 4th 2021. The girl greeting people that came into the store was very positive saying Hi as I was coming in. After that they just let us do our thing. Put clothes on the mannequins kids see that and I find it inappropriate, I saw a little boy just staring at that mannequin. Other than that the experience was ok. The girl waved goodbye as I left.

The staff here this morning were so friendly and helpful. I usually go to the kingsway garage but just because of how friendly these girls are I might make Londonderry mall my go to garage. One girls name I think was Aya the other girl I forget it started with an R I believe. Anyways great job ladies !

You guys have the same clothing and you never ever change it. We’re literally still in the winter faze and I already see summer and spring things up in stock. Definitely consider changing that or else no one’s gonna show up and your gonna get out of stalk and move to a whole different country. Thanks

I had a great experience at this location. I needed a price adjustment and Aya was so kind and fast to help me. My phone was going to die and she even offered me a charger to use while I got my recipient on the app. Definitely can see that she enjoys her job. Thank you again!

I usually don't write reviews for anything but I just had a lovely experience in this store. I've never really bought anything from garage until today. They had great sales and really cute clothing. Plus the staff were super nice. Definitely will be visting again.

The customer service is really good! The saleperson there was really helpful all the time! Gave correct sizing suggestions!

Not too many clothes as other places but the lady helping me was so nice, and yes Garage stuffs are always my favorite.
