Worst customer service ever. Not only the store, manage, and cashier but even the service centre. The cashier canceled a $100 transaction on my daughter on June 6th and was given a transaction receipt with a 1800 number to call if her money doesn’t get put back onto her card within 3-5 business days. It is now 2 and a half weeks and my daughter is still owed this money. I was literally laughed at from the manager when I came to the store the other day to ask for my daughters money. Apparently it’s against store policy to return money to a customer on the same day. This is literally what she said to me. Very rude and no one has been helpful with this situation at all. I have sent a letter by registered mail to the CEO Andrew Lutfy, contacted the head office in Montreal and filed a formal complaint, the BBB, and am now in the process of contacting the media. This is the most ridiculous and unacceptable experience I have ever had with any customer service.

Girls working were too busy laughing and talking to noticed I was waiting to try something on, when your Just browsing they are always in your face asking if you need help but when you actually want help there’s no one around! Not a big fan of the style lately anyway or prices aren’t worth it, disappointing

My girlfriend and I go in here often but almost never come out with clothes because the quality is overall low but when we do find something nice it's nice. The employees are always nice and it's not bad just some weirdly designed clothes sometimes with iffy quality
