Forgot to shampoo the car despite me asking him 3 times why he’s drying the car when it hasn’t been shampoo’d yet to which he kept replying “yes” (obviously didn’t understand or try to understand what I was saying) then apologised when he finally understood and tried to get out of not doing a proper job by telling me “it’s ok it’s clean I put chemical on it” and then suggested I rejoin the back of the queue to have it washed again. Eventually did another full wash without having to queue again but still wasted a lot of time. In the end after £18 the wheels were still dirty and many parts of the car were still wet. An extremely rushed job, wash as many cars as quickly as possible and take their money. Please take your car elsewhere where people take pride in their business

Genuinely so subpar lol legit clown show mayn, At the beginning as you enter, they don't even attempt to engage and ask what level of service you want, they just randomly start, you just know its one of those places, 0 communication skills, which is weird coz some of them can talk English unlike many other hand car wash places, the cleaning it self is very meh, like so meh, barely wipe downing any surfaces, skimming with the jet wash, even when you want to pay you have to go in the store, they dont process it there as your leaving or entering, propa long ting, also £18 for Pruis which they call a meduim car is beyond inflation levels, i think they are busy coz they have no competition, i won't be returning

Would not recommend this place, seems to be busy since the place is in a convenient spot but the workers are not professional at all. Saw 2 workers catcalling a woman who was a customer, the same 2 messing around with the suspension of a customers old car making it bounce and then kissing their biceps after and saw a worker cleaning the inside of a car whilst smoking. Very awkward as everyone stares and it really wasn’t a great experience.

Took 2 hours to clean my car. There was only 1 person doing the job slowly, the car was still a little dirty after but I was getting agitated from waiting so long. There wasn't any queue, i had 1 car in front of me which 2 people were working on and then I waited. I was the 2nd one in line and had got there for 4.30pm, didn't get out until 6.45pm and I had asked for the basic wash, inside and outside

Thease guys don't wash car properly. When you ask them to clean it properly they says it's not coming off. I took the cloth of the guy and cleaned it myself. The service is very poor, bad staff attitudes. Don't waste your money here pips go to another car wash. This car wash need to be closed down.

The car was barely soaped. Inside there was debris that could have been hoovered up easily but wasn't. Also there was marks that could have been wiped down that wasn't. The price was also very steep for the service. I won't be going there again. If you want a good clean don't go there.

Wish I never used this car wash. Waste of my money as car wasn't well cleaned. Worse off they removed my car park permit from the windscreen and somehow lost it. Struggled to answer my query in English and didn't even bother to look for the lost item. I felt cheated!

This car wash used to be very good and professional but last 4/5 months service has been awful they don’t clean the cars properly and all staff shout and scream at eachother always arguing with eachother. Maybe it’s under new management but it’s not worth the £6

Used to be great few years ago. Shocking now. 1 hour to get in and out if you're lucky. Miss a lot of areas. Spend 15 minutes just telling them go over stuff and even then not done correctly. End up giving up and just leaving. Poor.

The staff are rude and the last time I went there they damaged my car then claim it was there from before and would not deal with the complaint just claim you have to call the number would never use this place

They pick and choose which car how they clean, when i went there i saw 1 guy spending so much time on 1 car with so much detail, but when it came to me, no 1 was bothered, I paid 18 pounds for basic cleaning.

Workers need to stop smoking on the job. If you don't recirc your air vents before entering, your car will smell like fags. Edit 11.04.18 staff still smoking making your car smell. Avoid

Very slow ,did not clean or dry the car properly , I'm private hire driver and was still charged full £18 , poor customer service , could not communicate as they don't speak English

Good service, prices has gone up since last I visited them, and due to high demand, not everyone is attended properly. Other than that, better car wash than others in the area.

Joke of a place. Not only creates insane levels of noise pollution next to houses but now plays music all day on loudspeakers as well. Bunch of clowns including the owner

They've somehow managed to scratch paint the size of a tennis ball off the front bumper, it was the first time i went there and definitely the last. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ok job but missed areas. When told the cupholder hadn't been cleaned, the associate responded with "how many times do you want me to hoover it?" I won't be going back.

It’s a good car wash... At times it’s very busy and two lanes are formed and experienced occasions where a car behind washed first... This needs to be improved.

They were good at washing cars.Lately all rush,they just pass the jet wash and they let the car drying in the sun..full of marks. And I paid for in and out.

Absolute thieves...dont leave any of your stuff in your car,had a dior perfume in the side of my car and when they were done it was gone,tramps …

Not great, prices gone up and still had streaks of water all over the car, cobwebs from the wipers and bird poo still on the back window

Inconsistent service. Many times lacks attention to detail when cleaning the cars and staff are smoking whilst cleaning the cars.

If they see you coming in with a nice car, they will charge you accordingly, there's better places to get your motor cleaned.

Good clean service but expensive. Try to dodge you that your car is bigger if you have hatch back nissan leaf. Be careful

Very nice service. I used them for full velvet service. It was economically as compared to others hand wash services.

They rushed the job, and didn't wash properly. The roof of my car was dirty still. I won't be going here again.

Avoid. They didn't have any idea about valet services. Paid 120£ for Volvo xc90. See pictures to understand.
